The room stayed in had bugs in it. An employee checked the room and seen the bugs signed his name on a Best-western business card and advised to call a manager on a weekday because they are not present on weekends. I called the hotel Monday and spoke to two managers and both rudely denied the room had any type of bugs. I sent pictures of the bugs and was told that the pictures were not of their hotel. The manager I spoke with escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it and resolving the issue professionally. Even though they denied the pictures he still made a comment about them saying "this is Arizona anything can happen here".
...Not sure if he meant that they can't properly clean the hotel rooms or handle customer complaints.
