Great location in central Billings, friendly staff, convenient shuttle.

Nice rooms, including a hearted bathroom floor! Stag was very helpful and pleasant. Included breakfast at Stella' s was much better then any continental breakfast or buffet could ever hope to be.

Wonderful place in the heart of Billings! Awesome breakfast at Stella s and walking distance to everything! Recommended!!

My wife and I enjoyed a great night sleep on a great bed and a great breakfast next morning.

Nice rooms, got an upgrade to a suite, very large. The free breakfast at Stella's was a lot more than I expected, lots of food and very good. Nice to be downtown within walking distance.

We had a good time, and always enjoyed the breakfast and the room.

Not bad place to stay. I'd probably stay there again, but not long term. Not sure why, but I didn't feel very comfortable in there. Maybe if you are more a city person than me.

I could not ask for a better experience! The staff is incredibly helpful, respectful and nice. The rooms have heated tiles which make it extra comfy. Best part about the stay is they give you coupons to the restaurant (Stella's) next door for a free breakfast. Get the Breakfast Sandwich and a Cinnamon Bun.

Great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly. The place is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and lunch at Stella's restaurant is over the top fantastic. They are not open for dinner but Don Luis restaurant is right across the street. They have fantastic food. This is a great place to stay.

When I first arrived I was taken back a bit by the exterior of the property and the dog behind the front desk. But the room... what a great room. It was clean, had a good bed, it is oversized, and nicely appointed. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

Great stay!! Had a room by the pool and the view was fine. The lady checking us in was prompt and helpful. The maintenance man helped find a parking spot for our over sized truck and utility trailer. The room was impeccably clean and had a fresh scent. It comes with a free breakfast from the restaurant next door. The food was delicious and huge portions. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel in downtown Billings. It's very central to a lot of great food places. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

LOVED this hotel, would absolutely recommrecommeto anyone staying in Billings or just passing through for a night. The only negative I can think of was the lack of a microwave in the room (you can use the one behind the front desk).

Great location. The most comfortable beds I've ever seen in any hotel. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Cleaning staff put their own "do not disturb" sign on our door and added a "sorry we missed you" sign to it the first day. One way of not cleaning a room I guess.

I was very happy with my stay here and they remodeling here but I was very happy with the place and if I could get more stars I would the room was very nice and done well

Good hotel and clean but noisy. If you are a light sleeper then stay on the top floor. We didn't sleep at all because the people on top of us were walking around their room all night long. Amazing breakfast, since you can order it from the restaurant across the street.

This place has really great customer service, and clean rooms! I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again if in Billings, MT again.

The rooms in the "big sky" section are pretty nice and typically have heated floors. Currently they provide a free breakfast voucher for Stella's (the excellent restaurant next door) for each day of your stay.

Check in was easy, great people! The outside looks a little rough but we were able to stay in the newly remodeled portion and it was great!

This property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The price is far below what they could charge. The staff is friendly and accommodating. A free breakfast is included and it is wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel. I felt totally safe and had a great night's sleep!! Whenever I'm in Billings I wouldn't even consider a different hotel. Absolutely grand!

We had a dog room, nice amenities, beds were comfortable and heated floors. The restaurant and bakery next door is amazing. It's in an older part of town but still easily accessible to restaurants, stores and freeway.

Looks janky and old on the outside, but nice inside. The attached restaurant is very good.

Best Western is my best hotel for over all price, food and helps. I usually look for Best Western first when I travel.

Room was clean, however very noisy due to lack of insulation in the walls and ceiling.
Sheets were very thin and worn, pillows poor.

I had a pet friendly room. It was the nicest pet friendly room I've ever stayed in. The breakfast at Stella's was first class. Not the hard stale biscuits served by other breakfast included chains. My room was very clean and I will stay here everytime I have to stay in Billings!!! Love, love, Love!

Lovely downtown hotel. Beautiful flowers decorate the pool area. The food at Stella's Restaurant was bountiful and delicious. I would recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, very comfortable, recently remodeled, with a friendly staff. We travel with a small dog and love the hotel's wonderful pet area with astroturf. Also, breakfast is provided at the fabulous Stella's next door - a real bonus. This was our 5th stay at this hotel and we already look forward to the next.

good place to stay in centre of Billings and with great arrangement for all day breakfast at Stellas just beside the hotel. Had a room in recently refurbished courtyard. All very easy, convenient and comfortable.

Love this hotel! Great location, great service, great room - heated floor in front of the sink!! Stay here and you get breakfast free from Stella's next to the hotel and all kinds of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

Nice hotel but very noisy. Hard to sleep because you could hear the neighbors tv fridge kept going on and off along with the ac unit. Not a problem if youre not a light sleeper like me.

Not bad, but for the same price I can stay at C'mon inn which is a lot nicer.

Excellent hotel. Although older, everything is well maintained and upgraded. Parking is covered and very convenient. Rather than the usual breakfast of fake eggs and waffles, you recieve a voucher for the restaurant next door which has about 7 or 8 choices to choose from. The one I chose was excellent, as I'm sure the rest we're.

Great property in the heart of downtown. Outstanding staff. Great free breakfast at Stella s also owned by the property. Rooms are upgraded frequently. My stay is always wonderful. I have been coming to the place for several decades. I have never been disappointed.

The lady working the night desk was super nice and the room was comfy.

I recommend viewing the room before you agree to stay there. We have stayed here many times and always experienced the difficult parking and confined spaces. However, this last time the carpet in our room was so filthy with stains that I couldn't bring myself to walk on it without socks and shoes. The hotel clerk refused to adjust our $160 bill (including pet fee) and offered only more Rewards. Disgusting.

Hate leaving poor reviews but that was my experience. Staff was great and room was clean but the Noise! I could hear every word of every room around me. Could not get to sleep hearing everyone else like they were in my room. Very small bathroom and gym. Super convenient for downtown, but I dont think I'd stay here again if I want any sleep.

The employees were very nice, the hotel was very clean and amenities were great. Make sure to show up early to the breakfast place.

This hotel is very much up to date, very comfortable. Great staff, I highly recommend it.

Staff is excellent. Bed was comfortable. The room reeked of years of smoking and the water for a morning shower was lukewarm at best. Unusual for a Best Western to be honest. I will be choosing a different hotel next time I visit Billings.

Room was nice and clean. Great location, close to pubs and restaurants down town. They even offered us a map for a pub crawl. Only complaint is that room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 3. We crossed to Jake's and had a beer while we waited. NBD. Would def stay here again. There's also a starbucks just across the street!

Stayed here for work for two years checked in on 5 27 18 and haven't been here since last Sept work I was given room keys with no room number when I called the front desk girl had no idea how to figure it out I'm here with my 90 clients on tour I was told they would meet me at my motorcoach I waited 10 minutes no one showed up I then contacted my tour director she gave me two room numbers when I tried them none were able to open with keys they had asked me to drag myself and 4 bags to the office to figure out there mess I refused to lug four bags all the way over there and then back up to the rooms this was a 20 min process and when I finally got a room I noticed there's no microwave I have stayed at best westerns all over the us where they all have them and so I call the front desk to a employee who had a very nasty attitude when I ask her about trying to get a microwave she was so rude that I had to speak with the owner who then said u can leave ur room which took a 20 minute process to get and come all the way to the front office to use there's which is a hell of a inconvenience so now I had to go and spend money to buy outside food and had no intention to have to spend and be put in a position to be incovieninct which is another strike against wanting to stay here

It's a nicely situated hotel in downtown Billings, we were greeted warmth by Stan on check in. All good.

BUT, at 2 in the morning it became clear that there was a pest infestation in the bed/carpets. Called the night manager & were speedily reassigned to another room. Good response but a broken night's sleep.

Check was painfully slow! There were 2 attendants and only one person in front of me and it was over 10 minutes to check in.
Room was great.
We were charged for breakfast it was supposed to be included.

Covered parking was nice as was breakfast. Overall, we found it a good place to stay (x2). Location's good too.
