We appreciated the kind staff and their extra touches to make our furry guest as welcome as we were. Would recommend this to anyone traveling with a pet.

Location right in the middle of downtown, pool level is beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean and the little restaurant next door, Stella's, is some of the best food I've ever had

Cozy, comfortable, great amenities with surrounding businesses. Stellas for breakfast is always a win/win. Great place in Billings!

Very clean, great beds, awesome shower. Fridge wasn't working, was dealt with immediately. Staff was so friendly. Included breakfast was top notch, in such a great bakery and busy little restaurant. Even noted local restaurants ; Jakes and Walkers worthy of a recommendation.

Room was comfortable, breakfast at the restaurant was great.

Very friendly staff. Super helpful working with me on a double booking made via a third party booking co. Saved me $$$$. Location really cannot be beat if you like to walk to the countless dining and entertainment establishments located in the downtown area.

Had a very relaxing stay here!! The staff was great and the property was clean. The room was wonderful and the bathroom floor was heated which was so great. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was amazing for our wedding. The breakfast at Stella's was perfect! The beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. However, the parking lot is sort of a maze and has tight spots.

Clocktower Inn in Billings is the best Best Western we have stayed in--and we have stayed in quite a few around the country! Very well maintained, lovely decor (accented by the painted Big Horn sheep here and there!), clean, and quiet.

I'm not fan of hotels with doors facing outside period!! Thats all I have to say!

Nice place. Clean rooms, nice staff. The rooms were a little small, but nice. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. They let you rat at the restaurant next door " Stella's ". Great food..

Parking at this hotel many be a problem, small parking stalls that are hard to get into. The Hotel was clean and ready for our arrival.

The customer service was good but the Hotel on the outside did not look very nice and the bed was old and tan down. I cancel my reservations because of it.

Very good location close to restaurants and things to do in Billings.
It would be nice if they had a hot tub.

Stan was very efficient, yet personable, during the check-in process. Rooms are very nicely updated. Beautiful pool area. Great options fur breakfast. I have stayed here numerous times in the past and will stay here again!

Sketchy set up. Nice 2 shower heads in shower though.

This is an older Best Western showing some signs of wear. There was no microwave in the room, and the room was a bit small. Vehicles are parked near the rooms, and there were a few motorcycles parked nearby. With their loud mufflers, they were quite easy to hear inside the room. It is located in downtown Billings -- a plus if you need quick access to the center of town.

I stay here for BW rewards and location. Walking distance to great restaurants. Staff is great and breakfast is AWESOME!

The bed totally sucked. Way too soft and pillows were small and lumpy. I had very little sleep in 5 nights.

Slept well in the bed, in the morning a garbage truck was very noisy outside. Breakfast next door was awesome.

Great rooms, pool/sauna/fitness center access, and you get a nice breakfast selection at the restaurant on-site/next door. Super close to some fun spots downtown. I LOVED Stan at the front desk when checking in: he was absolutely my most favorite part of my stay.

Very friendly hotel, fast checkin even though I had no reservations. Happy they were pet friendly although my dogs did not like the outside fake grass but it worked out fine. I got there about 9:30 at night, it was cold and raining. When I parked my car two male employees of the hotel helped me carry my stuff to the room. It felt great after such a long day!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, just wish I had brought smaller earplugs than what was provided. The sounds of downtown can't really be muted.

Very friendly staff. Every little thing has been thought of in the rooms. There are small retreats to relax. Food and drinks are available in the hotel either at the machine or in the lobby (free of charge). Great breakfast. Very central location!

If you are stopping in or just need a place to get away this is a great option.

It should be made clear that this a motel. We had a reservation and walked away from a non-refundable reservation upon arrival. The bed was lumpy, could hear TVs blasting on both sides of our room. Perhaps most frustrating is the fact that no manager was available for contact during our stay. I was told we need to wait for 15 hours (overnight) until I could speak to a manager.

Loved the hotel, it was nice inside and the had an area of grass for our pets. The service was excellent and there are restaurants in walking distance.

Most friendly staff in town. Rooms are budget rates, but clean and comfortable, and customer service is far beyond anything I've ever received at a fancier hotel. I always stay here when I come through town.

Nicely remodeled, clean, and great breakfast next door included. But, the simple fact the rooms open outside keeps me from rating this higher. Big bummer in winter when it's sub-zero and I listened to maintenance hammering ice outside late into the night.

Love this hotel! From the wonderful staff to the clean rooms and beautiful grounds, I couldn't have asked for better accommodations. The Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Billings close to restaurants, shops and businesses. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stay at the Best Western Clock Tower in Billings, MT. The beds are awesome, the room quiet and clean. The air conditioner worked perfectly! I Have stayed before and will stay again. Also a nice pool and fitness center.

The room was very clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. I am very pleased with my stay.

My go to in Billings. The heated tile floors in the bathroom are awesome. Staff is friendly, professional and efficient.

Whenever we pass through Montana we try to plan it so we can stay at the Clocktower Inn. It is clean and comfortable at a good price. The heated bathroom floor is wonderful and the fitness center though small, has more equipment in it than most of the hotels we have stayed at. It has treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, dumbells, incline bench and a cable machine, so you can really get a good overall workout.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL! They are extremely pet friendly since the owner has 2 dogs. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Huge flat screen tv small little office space and very comfy rooms!

This is a great place to stay & not overpriced. Clean, comfortable & very friendly staff.
The breakfast that is provided @ Stella's is excellent. We also ate at the Montana Brewing Co. which was also excellent & on a list of establishments that provided 10% off with the presentation of your BW room card.
We will definitely return for another visit in the future.

Love staying at the Clocktower Inn. It is very clean, comfortable, and affordable. A definite plus is Stellas breakfast which is an added bonus to staying at the Clocktower

Great friendly staff, pet friendly, the streets roll up at 8pm around the hotel nothing open in walking distance for dinner and a drink

This is my second stay at Clocktower. It is a great place and location. The staff was very helpful my last visit. I would stay here again if I return to Billings. Breakfast at Stella's was amazing as before. The greatest thing about this place is they allow pets.

Great place to stay cause they have walking distance to all kinds of restaurants & lounges. Front desk is always friendly.

The hotel didn't look like it would be much from the outside, but the amenities were fantastic. Shower was a dual head with a rain shower. Fridge in room. Nice dressing mirror sink area.

Excellent food. One of the best pancakes in Billings ( and you only need one they are huge!). Don't stop if you are in a hurry as they are a little slow, but I believe that comes from making every meal fresh. Always has lines on weekends.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was fabulous, dual showerheads. Loved it. People were friendly and knowledgeable.

The meeting room was nice but they did not offer coffee.

This place has a super attractive sign and lots of character. Always drive by for shiny checks and to spin the stops!!

Our flight arrived 2 hours late getting us to the hotel very late at night. Not a problem getting us to our room. The hotel was clean, internet was easy to get to, and everything else went very well. Very please and would stay there again, the value is a no brainer.

Pet friendly, dog walking area, and close to a great breakfast spot (Of which you get a voucher for)

Our shower could have used a new head as mineral build up had made flow difficult and it was spraying a bit out the fitting but pressure and temp was still good.

I've stayed at the Clock Tower a few times. It is one of the nicest hotels in Billings and that's not an exaggeration, I've stayed at a lot of places around and this one can't be beat in the Magic City.

Very small room. I enjoyed sitting by the pool area. Lots of comfy couches and flowers.

Not at all pleased. We always seek out Best Western's for lodging when we travel. Made our reservation online, but after the front desk clerk was exceedingly rude, we never even got a room. Went back toward the interstate and stayed at another BW in town. Everyone has a bad day here or there, so maybe the front desk woman was having her bad day. But there's never an excuse to be rude.

Great place. The room was very nice and the beds were some of the best I've slept on in a hotel. To top it off, the complimentary breakfast was next door at Stella's...top notch.

The owner is very family friendly, which allows a multitude of furry family members to stay. The outdoor pet area is a nice touch. The pool is open until 10 pm and has towels. The hotel also has a workout facility. Breakfast is included with your stay, which will take place at Stella's Kitchen in the Clocktower next door, a 5/5 dining experience. Centrally located in downtown Billings within walking distance of several eateries and shops. The staff is wonderful as well.

The outside of the building was not what I expected from the pictures. I thought it was over priced for the age of the building and how difficult it was to find and park

Very clean room, professional staff, and breakfast at Stella's is always amazing. Comfortable and convenient. Only 4 star as beds could be more comfy. Five minutes to the airport! Walking distance to several nice restaurants.

Great rooms, good service, nice and cozy. Great location. They don't have in-house continental breakfast, but they do provide a free voucher for breakfast breakfast at Stella's across the lot. Great option with great food and atmosphere!
