Best Western Clocktower Inn

The Clock Tower Inn has become our favorite place to stay in Billings, MT. They take great care of us. Parking can be a little rough, but the staff make it worthwhile. We are always greeted by an employee named Stan, and we just love him. He remembered me when I called to speak to him from Las Vegas where we were vacationing. He confirmed the weather for me so I could get friends to come meet me in Billings, MT to bring me winter clothing. He had to change the reservations to put two more people in our room and add another bed, and never complained once. We were coming in late from our flight and he was so helpful. The motel is located downtown Billings, MT and is close to everything we want to do for entertainment. We walk where we want to go from this motel. It is always clean, has refrigerators in the room, and always offers us a great breakfast at a local restaurant on the property. Stella's restaurant is very famous in Billings. We will stay at this Best Western for years to come.

Room was good but had to walk through a swarn of grass hoppers both dead and alive to get to room. Was a fight between transient couple in front of hotel and onto property whenni was checking in.the staff handled it quickly and they get 5 stars from me but property could use some work.

The room is clean very spacious everything is very nice everyone is very helpful very nice. love the that fact that everything is not far is in walking distance and the employees here are awesome. Booked room on Priceline. Very noisy. Can hear neighbors talking. Can hear housekeeping carts at 9pm shuttling towels. Can hear and feel neighbors doors shutting. Barking dogs. 2-3:30 am last night the drunks returning from the downtown bars with loud talking and slamming doors . I will never stay here again.

Nice place but make sure you not driving something big or you may have an issue parking.

The Clocktower has a professional mannerism with the guest. The maintenance person was helpful and understanding with our needs.

This hotel was disgusting. Outdated on outside but the inside even worse...says pet friendly but only half the rooms were so the one we booked, we couldn t stay since it was near the pool and no animals allowed there. The room they moved us(handicapped room I guess was the only one available) had mud or poop on floor crumbs under the bed and EXPOSED wires! We left and glad I didn t stay. No refund either..

Natalie was very helpful and professional, check-in was great. Clean, comfy bed, breakfast included. Walking distance to restaurants, neighborhood is fine.

The hotel itself, as well as the interior, were clean and taken care of, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfy. The reason for one star is that you cannot close the curtains that would make it possible for people outside to see in. I don't know if this is just an isolated event, but a man walked by my room numerous times peering in.

This hotel was not only incredibly pet friendly but also very nice! We were traveling with our Great Dane while moving from MI to WA and our stop here was by far our favorite. Not only were the rooms nice, comfortable, large, clean and quiet after two long days on the road but they were very nice and welcoming to our dog (who had also had two long days on the road!). We were greated with a water bowl, treats and poop bags for him at check in, a guide to the area including where local ER vets were just in case (very important to us as we are both veterinarians) and there was a designated area for bathrooms that they kept shoveled despite the fact snow was coming down fast. We were made to feel like our dog was actually welcomed. We were going to be facing bad weather going through the mountains the next day and all of the staff went out of our way to help us determine if the passes would be safe to attempt and when we should leave the next day to maximize our chances of beating the storm. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer... but we hope to return and would recommend this spot to anyone!

I've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns but this was super clean and the friendliest staff I've met.

Decent for a motel (seems more like a hotel). Lights didn't work above the sink, small debris behind toilet (needs to have a bit more attention paid to cleaning). Linens very clean, and the radiant floor heat worked good. A real cooked to order breakfast is a feather in the Clocktower's hat.

This is a large facility, quite spread out. It is older but nicely updated and very clean. Our room was large and very comfortable.

Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. They are upgrading the rooms at this site, and I received an upgraded room. Very nice. Internet was superb. (unusual in a motel/hotel) Easy walking access to all of downtown. Parking on site. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door...incredible food there. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Clock Tower Best Western Plus in Billings, MT. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is in the Stella Restaurant and Bakery was fantastic! A choice of at least 10 HOT FRESH cooked breakfasts that were delicious.

Comfortable and clean. Only a couple blocks from some fun pubs downtown. Great free breakfast next door but get there early cause the locals love it too.

Cozy room. Price is fair for the location. Free breakfast is a plus. Heated floor in the bathroom.

Staying at the Clock Tower is always enjoyable. Parking is limited but worth the challenge. Breakfast at Stellas is always a must.

Absolutely fabulous breakfasts. Heated bathroom floors. New, high quality TV and lots of channels. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a motel. Drawback was parking.

Very nice! They have special pet (dogs and CATS too) rooms! (pet fee $20) Laminate flooring, so easily cleaned. free made to order breakfast included at cafe/bakery next door(excellent!!) Lots of dining choices with in a one to four block of hotel.

This is a conveniently located place. Everyone is very friendly and the facilities and grounds are clean. The restaurant was bustling with patrons and the servers were all very polite. President Trump was staying across the street the day I was there so maybe that contributed to the activity and excitement.

In the heart of Downtown Billings, most everything is within walking distance. The staff is very helpful and greats with kindness. When in Billings I choose the Best Western, where the rooms are always clean and the possibilities of entertainment are endless.

Scary neighborhood- lots of transients all around - -absolutely dont go outside room after dark -super small rooms, old rooms covered up with new remodel -But still old motel - room smelled awful had to have windows open for several hours just to be able to tolerate- ear plugs on night stand says for people who cant tolerate city noise- but ambulance sounds are only a part - noise from other rooms all around are very disturbing - walls paper thin Only good thing was staff was pleasant and breakfast voucher for restaurant was ok - if i hadnt already paid and was past cancellation time - i wouldnt have stayed at all - will not stay again when in Billings

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean, Internet worked well. Fitness Center was clean and the equipment was new. The biggest challenge is the parking but being downtown there's not much they can do about that.

The staff is friendly and even adjusted our room to a poolside when we got there since we had planned on using it. The rooms are clean and very nice. NO BEDBUGS we checked. Choice of room service(morning or afternoon and type of cleaning)

The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, even though their credit card machines were not working when I checked in. The room was clean and had more than enough space. The blinds were not quite dark enough as you could somewhat see through them and there weren't darker ones to place over the white ones. The layout of the building is slightly confusing, so make sure you check the map before starting to walk towards where you think your room is. The parking area is very safe as there are cameras and security walking around the area.

I travel to Billings quite often for work and always stay here. The staff is so friendly, rooms are always clean, and I love Stella s for breakfast! Just an awesome experience all around - I actually have started staying at more BW Plus because of this location. Can t recommend enough!

If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown billings this is pretty decent! The rooms are nice and the bathrooms have heated floors. But the hotel doesn't look super great from the outside and it is difficult to navigate. Finding your room is a little more difficult that you'd think.

This hotel has very nice beds heated bathroom floors and a pet area. They treated my pet like he was special. Though the area is road noisy I had no problem sleeping. It is in the city and they provide parking for cars. Not larger vehicles like motor homes and such. I loved the breakfast at Stella s provided by the hotel and the fact that local Restuarant provide a 10% discount when room cards are shown. I used Priceline to get a great deal.

My Dad was going to Oregon from Sturgis and had a malfunction on the front of his motorcycle. He crushed and might lose his foot but he is here at St Vincent's hospital only a few miles from the hotel. The hotel location was very convenient for my needs. I drove all the way from AZ to help my dad out and get him back ro PDX. Thank you BW for being so close to where I needed to be. The staff was Excellent and was there when I needed them. 5 You guys have thought of everything!

So, my husband & I ALWAYS used this motel when we flew out of Billings Logan Airport. I called to make a reservation for September 18th & was told they don t do shuttles to the airport until October because they consider September as summer & THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DO SHUTTLES!!! We used to love this place due to close proximity of downtown Billings & the shuttles were awesome...UNTIL NOW!!!!

My go to spot when I stay in billings, central to good places to eat and you can't beat Stella's for breakfast.

Great downtown location with lots of walkable options for dining, entertainment and shopping. Good parking. Great guest breakfast at adjacent bakery/restaurant. All around great experience.

The room is great; clean, nice amenities. However, when I walked to the front desk to check in the lobby REAKED of stale cigarette butts, and so did the front desk clerks!!!! Also, Stella's - the associated diner - is NOT the best breakfast in town as they and the hotel like to advertise!! My breakfast was not hot, there were flies everywhere , and my server was oblivious in trying to pour me more coffee when I had only taken one sip! I kindly said no thank you to her and she gave me a dirty look! Overall, the rooms are great; front desk service was rude and smelled like cigarettes and the breakfast left much to be desired. Good luck finding a nice place to stay in the slum that is Billings, MT. You'll find much better luck to stay in Bozeman, MT and make the extra two hour drive.

Needed a place to stay in Billings for a night and chose this hotel. So glad I did. I don t know why anyone would stay anywhere else when I m Billings. Free shuttle to and from airport, the staff is AMAZING and so friendly and helpful, the room was good, the location is great to be able to grab lunch or dinner at the fine dining downtown, and the best part of all...they give you a REAL, free breakfast from Stella s Restaurant next door. Yea that s right, no more microwaved hotel breakfast! I got a huge serving of hash browns, bacon, egg, toast and ham for free! If you look at my other reviews I m generally fairly critical of places, this place earned its 5 star review. The people were seriously the best and went above and beyond it felt like personalized and personal service, which is a big deal today in a world full of large, streamlined businesses where you generally feel like a number. They made me feel like a person here. Thanks!

The Best Western plus collector and was very clean it was also convenient to the locations I need to access in Billings. I like how they give you a meal voucher for the diner across the parking lot. I never did the sit in experience but the takeaway food was available very quickly

Staff was friendly and room was clean. When I called and made our reservation I made it for 2 nights. When checking in I was told they only had one room available! Very annoying that we had to find a different hotel for the second night, but we ended up not being that disappointed this happened! The room stunk like they were trying to cover up a smell! The bed was terrible!! I ve slept better on concrete floors! Also the noise from the haullway. We were woken up multiple times during the night from people talking! Air conditioning was also terrible! Price also felt very high for what we got! Our second night we stayed in a very high end suite that was cheaper then this motel!!
