Nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff, for a fantastic price!!
Clean rooms, and (ours) had a new, modern feel and a great shower, with rainfall feature!
On a personal note: I also like the hotel layout and art to enjoy.
Delicious restaurants within walking distance!
Only downfall, parking has much to be desired.

Comfortable bed, very clean and quiet hotel. This was my second stay and had a great experience certificate both times.

I stay at the Clocktower Inn when ever I travel through Billings, they always make me feel welcome, the rooms are amazing with free internet. Within walking distance to great shops and places to eat.

I went there for drinks, got a room after drinking too much, very happy with both. Not so happy with the pregnancy.

Right in Downtown and excellent restaurant attached

This was a great place to stay and the staff did a great job at making me feel at home and they did everything possible to make my trip to Billings great.

The Billings Clocktower Inn was a wonderful experience. Rooms were clean, the flowers in the planters were beautiful, and the breakfast was GREAT!

Very nice updated hotel in downtown Billings. Near a number of very good brew pubs and historic buildings. Although a little awkward to get to, it has a great outdoor pool in their Centercourt. A free breakfast is provided at Stellas next-door. Generous portions and fantastic homemade bread! Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but there are many rooms. Rooms are comfortable. The free breakfast is amazing!

An adequate property for the price, exterior corridors, but very clean rooms, and one of the best breakfast restaurants in this city on location.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Heated bathroom floors and comfortable beds. Couldn t enjoy breakfast because the on site restaurant was to busy and we couldn t wait. Overall good experience.

Clean room and comfortable beds. The hotel is in close proximity to much of the downtown attractions.The parking areas are terrible, especially if you drive anything larger than a compact car. The young woman at the front desk was not very friendly, or courteous to guests. The little restaurant is excellent with good food and great service.

When I go to Billings, this is where I stay. Best comfort-cost ratio!

Ate at the attached restaurant and it is a breakfast place, which is usually my least favorite type of food, but it was really good.

We have stayed on many Best Western Hotels this past year and the Billings Best Western Plus was one of the finest we have stayed in

Very helpful and friendly at the front desk during check in. The room was recently renovated with nice finishes. I would certainly stay here again.

Bad odor in room, clunking refrigerator, uncomfortable bed, noisy hotel, small parking spaces, and slow internet.

I've been giving Best Western a 2nd chance and I've been impressed. Negative here is the parking does suck. Seems that the entire downtown area has this same issue though. Room was clean and awesome, love the sanatized remotes. Breakfast was great. Coupon for the great diner and bakery. Bathroom was very clean. Impressed

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Great staff. Very good location for downtown events. Covered parking was really nice as it snowed while we were there. Nice not to have to scrape the windows and clean the car. The guy that was working the front desk that night was so kind and helpful! This will definitely be where I stay my next trip to Billings!

Great, friendly, and helpful staff, but I was unfortunate to have loud neighbors and it sounded like they were right in my room.

We love this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. The breakfast is the best in town. Nice ammenamen and location. The only issue is the parking. Tight spaces and there doesn't seem to be any parking for larger vehicles.

Great place to stay AND Stella's Restaurant is Billings best place to eat!

Front desk agents highly rude, as if customers were bothering them. Didnt want to explain anything to anyone. One was arguing with the customer in front of us about her booking through a cheap site and not the hotels site. Then went on to say that the black light every room as part of the housekeeping process, so it wasnt her fault that the customer booked wrong(for another night). Finally the second agent came from out back and helped. But still rushed through everything. Upon finding the room, walking in you could see that housekeeping didnt vacuum or even spot vac. Pulling back the king bed sheets to look at the fitted, hair was everywhere, along with dirty feet marks. As in they didnt change the sheets. Walking over to the sofa bed, string cheese was sitting right on top as if it was a present. Looking at the night stands, they werent wipped down still have marks from drinks and hair on them. The bathroom was the only thing that" looked "like it was cleaned. The only high light was taking my son to the pool, and us seeing a girl use her mermaid tail to swim around.

Great folks at this BW location. Pleasantly surprised by all of it.

One star only because I had to to post this. ! Very disappointing stay. Filthy carpets no plugins and furniture falling apart.

Horrible stay ... room smelt horrible ...before even falling asleep bug bites on my arms and hands .. did not sleep a wink . Not happy at all would not suggest this place at all. Yes front desk ladie was wonderful but not worth not sleeping all night and scratching from some sort of bites just disgusted !!!! There is no way you would have known what room I was as I did not check nor was name any form or was identified.. so these claims that you had this done is a crock of lies definitely because ur false information would not recommend this place

Overall, the hotel location is ideal. It is within walking distance to many downtown restaurants and activities. We only stayed one night in order to catch an AM flight but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and easy to work with. My one compliant would be the bed comfort and cleanliness of the sheets but overall the room was nice and spacious. The complimentary shuttle to the airport and the breakfast at Stella's was fantastic! We would stay here again.

I was pointed in this direction because of the management/owners and their hospitality...but when I asked to speak to them the girl on the phone insisted that she could help me and then when I put my confidence in telling her my reason for calling and needing to speak to the managers she really just swept me under the rug...Very discouraging for a place that my friend was so confident in directing me to...

Amazing place to stay!!! Nice rooms and great service at desk. Free breakfast at restaurant next door that was fantastic. Also received great discount and free upgrade to business king room. Loved it and will definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

This place makes up for the lack of a hot tub with double head showers and a great sauna. Breakfast at Stella's is always a treat. Best place to stay in downtown Billings!

Loved my stay here. Great location downtown, easy walking distance to restaurants, great staff, very pet friendly!! A definite must stay in Billings.

Great customer service and amazing breakfast right next door from Stella's.

Our room was not clean. The floors throughout the room were dirty, there was hair all over the bathroom floor, and one of the towels had dirt on it. We let the front desk staff know that we weren't happy with our stay, and they gave us a bag of snacks instead of trying to fix the problem.

Great staff, clean rooms but businessman drab. They also lacked sufficient electronic charging outlets. Not a fan of the parking .

Friendly and professional staff, clean room, good bed, tv and internet worked fine. Breakfast at Stella's was exceptional! Location in downtown Billings is great; we walked to restaurants. We will stay here again on our next Billings trip.

Pretty nice place! Beds are very comfy. Entire room is clean & warm. WiFi is very fast. Lots of room to park. Homeless don t loiter.

The restaurant that is part of this motel is absolutely delicious! Get there early, place fills up & sometimes you might have to wait in line.

Everyone from the check in clerk, maintenance person, room service lady, and waitress at breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and overall an excellent experience. Price was very descent for location. Used both the pool and fitness center and both very clean.

Great stay at hotel in Billings! Stella's breakfast is included with room and do not miss it. I had the number 5 and it was fantastic. Everyone there will make your stay as comfortable as you want. Just ask!

We were charged for our rooms even though it was supposed to be direct bill- the manager was unhelpful and lied about charging us. The rooms are paper thin and you can hear the other guests and the traffic outside. My room was gross and had what I assume to be fecal matter smeared on the bathroom door frame. Won t be staying here again.

I am giving this hotel a 5 star for cleanliness and beautiful rooms. I was disappointed that they offered no compensation for our a.c. not working. It was hot and we couldn't do anything about it. They offered to have the maintenance guy come fix it around 430am. I am not going to disrupt everyone else in the room and tell them to get dressed because some guy is going to try and fix it in the middle of the night. In my opinion we either should have gotten a new room or a discount or something for our trouble. Otherwise, really nice place.

This hotel was really awesome. The rooms were spacious & the bathroom huge! I liked the decor of the rooms. There was a parking garage with plenty of spaces to park. We walked to the mustangs game, then to Big Dipper & that was so easy from this hotel's location. The breakfast option at Stella's was awesome. I've never been to a BW where breakfast at a separate restaurant was part of the bill. Definitely a bonus for us!

This isn't a 5 star hotel or anything, but it's good for what it is. The room was cozy and well suited for couples (2 shower heads in the shower and sink/vanity outside the bathroom). Internet, breakfast and parking are free and the place is clean. It's nothing fancy, but it's good for the price.

What a horrible experience. The front staff was beyond rude asking me for my personal information when I was still in line. Room was filthy. I called ahead of time and asked for a pet room was assured it was no problem. Then charged $260 for having a pet. When I called back about, totally confused, I was again treated rudely on the phone and told by the same person that he had my signature and was nothing he could do. Would not let me talk to manager. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE
Please pass this place by. It is right next to a lot nicer hotels for the same price.

This hotel had a very friendly front desk staff with clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Great location to several restaurants that you can easily walk to. This is a pet friendly hotel so if you do not have pets I would recommend that you request a room away from those because we heard a dog cry and bark that started at 3:00 am and kept us up until we left at 7:30 am. The Reason for the 4 stars since we were not even asked or aware that we were staying in a room next to them.

The Clocktower is in the heart of Billings' downtown. One can walk to the theater or the courthouse, four great restaurants and a dozen small eateries.Inexpensive, clean and well staffed, It is an old fashioned motor hotel that allows you to drive up to the door of your room. Stella's restaurant is on the premises and has a great breakfast , Montana style.

Our stay was okay clean room nice TV but the AC didnt work too well and in the summer you need AC. The bed was soft and we couldn't get comfortable. The parking was like fitting cars in a sardine can. Staff was nice.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, nice clean rooms, great location, great value for your money and Stella's restaurant is on site so we get an excellent free breakfast every morning we're there and don't have to leave the hotel parking lot. The Clocktower Hotel is always my first choice when we stay in Billings, Montana. I love Best Western Hotels, they're consistently clean, very comfortable and at a great price wherever you go. Love it!

My fiance and I stayed here on 9/6 and checked out 9/7. My fiance had a surgery scheduled for 6:30 a.m. so we decided to stay in Billings the night before. The room was nice but the pillows were small and almost square instead of rectangular and the sheets were a little scratchy. There were over head lights which were helpful and there are block out curtains on the Windows but they are underneath the sheer curtains so they might be easy to miss. There were two different thermostats in the room which was a little confusing as we weren't sure which one to use. There was a good sized refrigerator but no microwave in our room. My only issue with the cleanliness of the room was several flies that were buzzing around in the room and a dead bug stuck to the ceiling near one of the beds. Parking was really tricky but trump was in town the same night so they were very full up and we were able find a spot that was still hotel parking. The breakfast at stella'a was excellent and the staff was helpful and professional, we just wish the room had been more thoroughly cleaned and that they replaced their bedding a little more often.

Called to book a room. They charged an outrageous rate and denied a veteran's discount simply to make more money. Plenty of better hotels near by, thankfully. Skip this place.

Definitely a thumbs down. Noisy groups of revellers from the club across the street. Staff called at 10:30 pm on a snowy night to say vehicle needed to be moved because two wheels were over the motorcycle easing space...

The rooms were nice and quite. We enjoyed walking downtown

Paid for poolside room but, wasn't able to have because of a small dog. They put you out of the way. Still had to pay that price. They should let you know when booking online what they have for pet friendly not after you pay and then stick you out of the way.

Rooms are ok. Maintenance guys are cool and personable. The lady who checked us in, however, was extremely standoffish and talked to us and other guests like we were personal burdens on her.

This is a nice hotel. There is a restaurant next door. That's where you get your free continental breakfast.
