Rate includes limited menu items at Stella's, but is an exceptional value when factoring in the excellent service at the hotel and restaurant. My room had an incredible shower with two shower heads, giving a massage experience front and back. The room was very clean and had a sanitized remote control sleeve for the TV. The staff was extremely attentitive and made you feel welcomed. Can't say enough good about the Clocktower Inn! It's in the best location.

Even though this is a little older accommodation, the rooms were excellent , very clean and large for the price. Towels were really nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast from the restaurant next to hotel STELLA s is complimentary and was AWESOME.

Parking is horrible, partly due to poor layout/location, and partly due to motorcyclists taking a single space each.

Service was helpful and kind. Rooms are clean but did not wow me. No microwave, poor coffee machine, and no real good coffee places close by.

All rooms exit to outside, but no smoking anywhere. Take that as a pro/con to your choosing.

The Clocktower BW is a great choice for Billings. Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast options to use at Stella's are outstanding. I will stay here in future trips to Billings.

We were pleased with our stay from pulling onto the parking lot until our departure. The room was wonderful and clean which means a lot to my wife an I. We particularly enjoyed the warm (heated) floors in the washroom.

The motel is in a busy part of town so it is understandably noisy, pets are allowed, we were awakened by a barking dog early in the morning. The room was small but adequate, however our recent stay was marred by an incident that occurred regarding housekeeping. When I called the office to discuss the matter the woman I talked to became defensive and rude, instead of an apology, she tried turning the table on me and said "that didn't happen here" and then hung up on me. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

This is a great little hotel! The rooms are well laid out, with heated floor in the bathroom; quality bed; excellent temperature control with a fan that could run all night; fluffy towels; good fridge; free breakfast with several options that was high quality and quick; and friendly helpful staff.

The Clocktower Inn became a family tradition during visits to my mother, and this may explain why we looked past its gradual decline over the years. As the family gathered for Mom's funeral earlier this month, then, the utter lack of customer service opened our eyes to the necessity of cancelling reservations made a month earlier. We were deeply grateful for Hampton Inn's gracious accommodation of our urgent needs. The Clocktower Inn is old, has bad parking, and apparently has enough repeat business to abandon customer service altogether. The Clocktower Inn WAS a nice place to stay.

Don't stay here if you have pets.

Don't stay here if you have pets.
The Clocktower Inn had a nice layout, a designated pee area for dogs, and a fantastic bakery just around the corner. The rooms were comfortable with humongous beds and tiny, but nice, bathroom. In my opinion, this hotel should not be dog friendly. To begin, it is located on Interstate 90 in the middle of the city. Walking your furry friends is a difficult task. Secondly, they put us on the second floor. With no elevator and a staircase that wasn't completely closed off, travelling up and down the stairs with a senior, stubby-legged canine was impossible. We therefore had to carry her up and down with every trip. This got annoying considering she is 50 lbs. Additionally, the rooms are quite small in themselves. I would not stay here again with pets, and advise other pet owners to do the same.

if you stay longer than a day get ready for housekeeping to freak out and come every hour in the a.m.,along with being accused of smoking in rooms, which didnt happen,(btw front desk and housekeeping were seen smoking on ground, even on balcony)i took pictures :) hassled about having to pay fee for false accusations(when in fact other guest, plus hotel staff were breaking),was working all day to come back hearing that odd traffic, along with a list of false things were going on in the room, dogs barking in the am,along with the pet smell you can imagine~ laundry and sauna were closed whole stay, hope no one makes the same mistake, there are closer hotels that are way nicer and have friendly services, along with accommodations that are listed which are really available

Rooms are clean but small this is a motel which I'm not a fan so my review my be a bit harsher because of that. Not the best insulated for noise but not the worst either parking spaces are a bit tight. The free breakfast is better than you normally get out of Motel. The TV would cut out frequently there was no messages as to why like it was a dish and lost the signal. There was a fridge but no microwave. If you like Downtown areas it well located.

We had a great stay. The room was clean & well appointed, mattresses a little on the soft side but good nevertheless, towels were EXCELLENT (I'm a towel snob) and front desk service was perfect. If we're ever back in Billings, we'll stay there again.

Comfortable, clean, quiet in a central location within easy reach of lots of local restaurants. Professional and helpful staff. Good value. I appreciated the free covered parking option for my motorcycle. The hearty and fresh breakfast is the best motel breakfast I've had - at their neighboring restaurant (using a voucher offering 10 breakfast options).

I was only able to stop for the night while moving and had given no previous notice due to not knowing how far I would be able to make it in 9 hours on the road with a pet. When I arrived, in the Butte, Montana Best Western, the area was easy to get to. My room was clean. I was greeted with a delicious breakfast which was free in their restaurant, and my pet was able to get out of the carrier for a few hours. I was able to get some much needed rest and leave quickly to get back on the road early in the morning. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling through or even staying in that part of Montana.

We were on the return leg of a month long trip and were searching for a BW in which to stay for the night. We prefer to travel BW as a matter of course and were relieved to see it advertised on the freeway sign coming into Billings from the east. It was pouring rain and we were happy to be stopping for the night. The front desk was busy with check-ins and we were greeted as we waited in line for service. A warm fire was going in the lobby making us feel welcome. We were give a lovely room in the main building by a superlative desk clerk and she advised us of a great restaurant just a block from the hotel. The bed was wonderful (as usual) and the room very clean and well appointed. The breakfast the next morning was at a restaurant/bakery adjacent to the hotel and it was wonderful! Melt in your mouth bread and hearty portions. The hotel is situated in downtown Billings and I would have liked to stay and explore the area the next day but we were on a deadline to get home. Someday, we will go back and see what Billings has to offer as there is a lot of history there and that is of interest to us. DON'T HESITATE to stay at this location! You will be pleasantly surprised!
