I recommend viewing the room before you agree to stay there. We have stayed here many times and always experienced the difficult parking and confined spaces. However, this last time the carpet in our room was so filthy with stains that I couldn't bring myself to walk on it without socks and shoes. The hotel clerk refused to adjust our $160 bill (including pet fee) and offered only more Rewards. Disgusting.
