Stayed here for work for two years checked in on 5 27 18 and haven't been here since last Sept work I was given room keys with no room number when I called the front desk girl had no idea how to figure it out I'm here with my 90 clients on tour I was told they would meet me at my motorcoach I waited 10 minutes no one showed up I then contacted my tour director she gave me two room numbers when I tried them none were able to open with keys they had asked me to drag myself and 4 bags to the office to figure out there mess I refused to lug four bags all the way over there and then back up to the rooms this was a 20 min process and when I finally got a room I noticed there's no microwave I have stayed at best westerns all over the us where they all have them and so I call the front desk to a employee who had a very nasty attitude when I ask her about trying to get a microwave she was so rude that I had to speak with the owner who then said u can leave ur room which took a 20 minute process to get and come all the way to the front office to use there's which is a hell of a inconvenience so now I had to go and spend money to buy outside food and had no intention to have to spend and be put in a position to be incovieninct which is another strike against wanting to stay here
