It's a nicely situated hotel in downtown Billings, we were greeted warmth by Stan on check in. All good.

BUT, at 2 in the morning it became clear that there was a pest infestation in the bed/carpets. Called the night manager & were speedily reassigned to another room. Good response but a broken night's sleep.
