Best Western Clocktower Inn Review

Room was good, front desk service was difficult. I left a business card for the manager to call me and attempt to resolve issue, never happened. Went to Kelly Inn the next day and a total 180 turn for the better. Parking is horrible. Stay clear if possible!!

Parking was a bit tight. If you have a large vehicle consider where you will park.

Great place when your fly into billings, get pickup by the hotel, get dropped off too; perfect place to begin and end your great Montana vacation. Access to the Billings downtown action and plenty to see and do. Great rates and great service when I am there.

The breakfast that comes with the rooms is a full cooked to order real breakfast at a restaurant next door. Order from the coupon provided by front desk, and the only breakfast cost is the tip. Best breakfast as part of room price I've ever encountered.

First off it's a motel not a hotel. All rooms are accessed from the outside. Sink, shower, toilet, and carpet were visibly dirty. Sheets had brown stains. We were almost charged for 2 nights when we only stayed about 6 hours. I was told I would have to call Trip Advisor to fix the error even though I had called the motel to reserve the room. They did fix it at the desk. She also tried to excuse the dirty room due to us coming in so late (2am) but I had called in the reservation many hours prior. There were polite but we will not return.

We checked late, past 10pm and were greeted by the friendliest staff. The room was clean, lightly remodeled, and met all our needs including free wifi and breakfast. We would stay here again the next time we are passing thru town.

The food at Stella's is always fantastic. I haven't stayed in the suits, but I definitely want to just to be closer to Stella's

I have not had a bad experience at Best Western ClockTower as stay for business numerous times in the past several years of business teavel to Bilkings MT. Enjoy the food and easy location to Stella's Restaurant next to Best Western Clock Tower. The staff have ALWAYS been smiling and exceptional service.

Super staff and hotel. All the staff went out of there way to help us. I was traveling with a friend who is disabled and we were in need of a wheelchair or walker as we had left hers in Sheridan WY. The front desk clerk went out of her was to help us. She called a friend whos grandmother had a spare walker and brought it to us. While we were waiting another grounds worker helped my friend to our room. This is a wonderful hotel. nice rooms, great staff, and restaurant was great.

Facilities good, clean but no eating place close after 5:00. Pricing slightly high.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed only one night and were in town celebrating my daughter's birthday so we were our late and basically just slept. We were in a hurry the next morning so we didn't wait to eat at Stella's (great place to eat) that was offered as the breakfast with our stay. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Norma Jean was a sweetheart! Checked us in with ease and even had a cute dog in the lobby to greet guests upon arrival! Lovely place, amazing staff, and the bed was SO SOFT. They also provided my partner and me breakfast vouchers for a restaurant across from the hotel - Stella s. Definitely recommend!

Had an excellent stay. The room was very clean, the bed soft. There was a rowdy room and management came very quickly to calm things down. The restaurant attached is fantastic. Would definitely stay here again when in Billings!

Nothing to brag about outside, but the interior of the room was awesome, quite an upgrade from most Best Western. Breakfast was great.

Amazing experience! Us and our three dogs were treated so kindly by the staff and we absolutely loved our room!!

Nice downtown location, very friendly staff and (surprised) covered parking in the 102 degree heat. Nicely appointed room with controlled access. Flat screen TV and faster than normal guest internet. I can recommend this Best Western to anyone wanting a nice, quiet room with a large comfy bed.

Staff was rude, Sheets were ripped, heater in the room didn't work well and the door had to be slammed multiple times to latch. Won't be staying here again.

Great place to stay. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The front desk was very helpful with problems connecting with Wi-Fi. However, the bath tub was very slow in draining. Standing in lots of water when taking a shower. Also, a constant ticking noise all night from freezer or modem box. Not much sleep.

Love the Clock tower Inn. Conveniently located for us and super nice surroundings.

Clean room and really cozy beds. Checked in late with no reservations! Great breakfast, although gets really busy and you may have to wait up to fifteen minutes.

Very convenient downtown place to stay! I had no car and I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. There is a shuttle available for longer/quicker travels. Nice breakfast in the morning from Stellas!

The Best Western Clock Tower Inn at Billings Montana is a very nice hotel. The downtown location is convenient for the area. The room I stayed in was clean and very quiet. All in all, a great place to stay. I will be staying there again soon.

Real nice hotel and the breakfast at Stellas Bakery next door is amazing, but be there early as it gets real busy. Hotel staff have great moral and enjoyable crazy people.

Stan was incredibly accommodating and so understanding amd friendly when my day just wouldn't go well! Lovely rooms and free breakfast, plus a sunny pool. I am happy.

This unassuming hotel has great amenities. We were very happy to find a very comfortable bed, updated room, and very close to lots of restaurants downtown. Parking was a little tight but other than that it's a great place to stay. They even have a great breakfast place. I would recommend if you're in Billings and need an overnight. This is a great stop.

Clean room, cordial front desk, and a free breakfast at the fantastic Stellas. Only down side was the TV remote couldn't operate the TV.

When going to Billings this is the place to stay. Right in town and a straight shot to everywhere else. It has a good restaurant right next door and many others within walking distance. Shopping is also pretty close if you need to do so. The hospital is also right up the way. The freeway is not far and has easy access.

Average, maybe a bit high priced for the quality of the room. Very nice staff. Great breakfast included for the attached restaurant.

In a word: pitiful.
The showers are nice and the beds are clean, but that's about all you can say for it.
There is NO internet, despite evidence to the contrary. The network they say to log into no longer exists, and the network that is there asks for additional login steps, redirecting you to a dead website when you try to connect.
There is no coffee maker, hot water heater, or microwave. There is a fridge, but it's so tiny a standard size takeaway box won't fit inside.
Bizarrely, the bathrooms have heated floors with touch-control thermostats, and the showers have options between a standard showerhead and a rain one. These are very nice and expensive things, so why did they put those in instead of the basic essentials of a modern hotel?

The BW Clocktower Inn is ok, but could use better amenities and a 21st century upgrade. Not that accessible to the disabled guys.

Love the location of BW, Clock Tower in downtown Billings. So much to do downtown in walking distance. It doesn't get any better than Stella's for breakfast. Room is always clean and quiet with friendly staff.

We selected the Clocktower Inn because of the price and location.

We were more than satisfied with those two criteria.

As it turns out, our travels to the 4 various events we attended, radiated out from the Clocktower... It was centrally located in to all events. That made it VERY convenient. Our "Home Base" was always nearby.

Beyond that, the amenities we're wonderful.
The breakfast service that was provided, was at a TOP RATED restaurant adjacent to the Inn. You couldn't ask for better service, better selection, nor more convenience.

We also appreciated the fact that they comped us with Reward Points for the services we didn't choose to use.

Loved the location and have always stayed at Best Westerns. But at this location the room was not cleaned. Hair all over the sink, hair on the towels, and dirty towels left on the floor and hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Shower was very dirty. Toilet paper was wet. And for some weird reason, all the draws and cupboards were wide open all over the room.

Overrated. For the price, i would rather go to a best western that has a good breakfast and pool. Other than that, very nice place.

Nice, clean rooms; convenient, downtown location; a fitness center and outdoor pool; and coupons for free breakfast at Stella's restaurant (rated the best breakfast in town!). Additionally, the ride to the airport on the free shuttle is only five minutes long!

Nice Best Western in the heart of downtown Billings. Pet friendly, and they even gave us treats for our dogs! Very conveniently located, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and other amenities. Perfect spot!

Clean rooms, good service. The faucet for the shower was connected in reverse so hot was cold and cold was hot, but it worked good otherwise

Overall a very good place to stay. The parking lot is tight, but considering the location, it's to be expected. Stella's restaurant, and the complimentary breakfast makes for an even better experience vs other places to stay.

This is our favorite place to stay in Billings. It's located down town walking distance to a bunch of fun resturant & bars. The clock tower is always friendly. You won't be disappointed if you stay here! We love this place!!

My low rating was not due to booking through a third party and not receiving points. I understand that points awarded through a third party site are a hotel by hotel based decision on wither or not they are awarded. This low rating was due to how I was treated upon check in. Also, since I m all about statistics here are some for you... I ve pulled my statement from last year and I spent 62 nights at best western hotels in 19 different cities. This is the worst one I ve been to. And this is the worst I ve been treated at any hotel I ve ever stayed at.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. Just be prepared to wait for a table because Stella's is busy!

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Is in a great location and has many establishments within walking distance that offer a discount to guests which is nice. Unfortunately we had to leave before getting to try the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Great little modest (but very clean & quiet) hotel located in what seems to be the hippest part of downtown Billings!

An older style hotel, that has been kept up well over the years. Our room were recently remodeled. Excellent parking. Good coffee and muffins in the lobby. Breakfast were absolutely fantastic.

Great location in the downtown area - easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops; and a short drive to the airport. It's hard to beat the free breakfast at Stella's Restaurant (special menu items). You can get a discount at several other local restaurants by showing your hotel key (you get a list of participating restaurants at check-in). The hotel has a well equipped and spacious fitness center with a rack of free weights, a couple treadmills, an elliptical, a bicycle, a bench and a universal machine with two stations. There is on-site parking and many of them are covered (parking under the rooms). We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we get back to Billings.

Hotel room was clean and beautiful but some very strange noises in the middle of the night kept us up.

We choose to stay at the BW+ Clocktower Inn when we travel to Billings, MT, for downtown concerts and entertainment because we are always treated well by the staff, the rooms are always clean, and our house dogs, rescue mutts, are always welcome. The location is in easy walking distance to the Alberta Bair, The Pub Station, Ehler Field, and all of the downtown restaurants and brew pubs.

Great Hotel , location was perfect downtown Billings , everything we did was within walking distance. Great staff and beautiful rooms.

Clean room. Good shower, no control of wall heating unit temp, I had to turn off the unit altogether to be able to sleep. Noise from the street all night was disappointing.

Service was excellent. Rooms were newly renovated and clean. The attached restaurant was really good too!

Spent a night in the hotel while traveling with my dog. Cool little doggy park for their business. I received a pet package when I checked in that had little treats, clean up bag and water dish. What a great idea. Only thing that could have made my stay easier would have been to tell me about the elevator, as little dogs don't like big stairs and I was on the second floor. Breakfast was from Stella's, fantastic large cinnamon buns. Thanks best western was a very good experience.

Parking really sucks but the rooms were nice. No breakfast besides muffins and coffee.
