The room I booked was to be a king room. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a room that had two full size beds, in which my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The manager stated that it was my fault for booking through a third party, in which they get inferior service. It is unprofessional to make your guest pay for irresponsible mistakes made by the hotel.
We love this hotel's romantic jacuzzi suites! We go here every year for a getaway and have never been disappointed!
Very nice staff and room nice and comfortable with the refrigerator which is a big plus for me because I travel with my food.
Room was extremely clean and large but bathroom was very small, the smallest we were ever in. Have to pay for breakfast but it was very good and hotel was easy to get to and staff was very helpful.

We loved our stay here, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the King Suite with a jacuzzi tub and it was very nice. Beautiful decor, large size suite. Our fav is definitely the private jacuzzi tub. This is also a full service hotel, room service is available or you may dine in the restaurant or lounge.
This was our second time here & that says a lot! Rooms are clean, staff is great. Coffee is on 24/7!
Usually most hotels have a complimentary breakfast, this one doesn't. A neat little restaurant is inside. Menu is priced moderately.
Close to many places to shop and a little grill/ bar within walking distance.
Reception/check-in was very efficient and friendly. The only complaints we have are there is no continental breakfast offered (but there was coffee) and the freezer compartment of the fridge in the room was not operational so we could not refreeze our cooler freezer packs. Otherwise this is a wonderfully clean, quiet and comfortable hotel to stay in.
No fee breakfast very upsetting thought all BW had free breakfast.
Good stay at the Bridgeport Best Western on March 31. I like the fact that they have a Bar and Restaurant on location so we don't have to search for these things around town. Staff was great and the room comfortable . Will stay there again when in the area.
After we drove all day from North Carolina, where we stayed at a terrible hotel this was a breath of fresh air. clean room, free internet, and lots of pillows which is all I cared about.
Super polite friendly and personable staff that handled all questions in a timely and knowledgeable fashion clean rooms wonderful large hot tub in the queen jacuzzi suite food at out event was great! Great value for the cost!

The room was about average in size that we stayed in, but the bathroom was tiny. It was like being in a bathroom stall at the mall instead of a bathroom you would use in a hotel. They had the most useless helpful bar in the bathtub I have ever encountered. It was in the way of my arms and elbows when I took a shower. The bar is also angled, which makes it hard for anyone that sits in the bathtub to grab and pull up on it because their hand would slide down the bar and pinch their hand at the bottom. If someone was shorter or perhaps weaker than me, it would be difficult to reach the bar as it was placed kind of high, so it is almost out of reach. The room itself had a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, desk, and a flat screen TV. They don't have any closets, but they do have an armoire to put your clothes in. They do need to work on their keys or their key slots on the door as it took about 20 times to swipe the card to unlock the door every single day. I do like that their check out time is 12 PM. They don't offer a free continental breakfast, but they do have a restaurant on location that serves breakfast until 11 AM. They also have a laundry room, fitness center, and an outdoor pool. I don't think the pool is heated as it was closed while we were there in April and it was still a bit chilly for swimming. The most annoying part of the room we stayed in is the fact they don't have enough outlets to use. There was only one lamp which was on the desk that had 2 outlets on it to charge anything, but they were not USB charging outlets either. There was no usable outlets by the beds if you were using the clock and the lamp at the same time. There was one other outlet by the bed for a floor lamp, but getting to it was next to impossible since they put a chair and ottoman in front of it. For the most part the place is clean and the customer service wasn't bad. Overall, my experience wasn't a negative one, just annoying and average.

I was disappointed in my stay. I have stayed in Best Westerns around the country and they have always been exceptional. We were charged (overcharged imo)for a small king size room. Wifi wasn't dependable, no continental breakfast and the sofa bed mattress is in need of replacement. Not enough towels or pillows in the room either. This was only one experience and I will stay st a Best Western again. But not this one.
Easy location right off the highway and near a bunch of stores and restaurants. Pretty small and nothing fancy, but it's clean and everyone is friendly

What a wonderful hotel! Honestly I have received the best service from the staff here than any other hotel I've stayed at. I was forced off the road (79) due to terrible weather. The hotel was right off the interstate in a great location. Shops and food nearby. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The rate was super affordable and like I said, the staff was very accommodating. There was a lot of hot water for me to take a nice, long shower. The shampoo and soap smelled lovely. I would most definitely stop here again. Great experience! My only concern was I didnt have an outlet in the bathroom, but that is just a small thing! No biggie.
It is a beautiful welcoming hotel. The check in staff were very friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was huge!! There was a terrible odour in our room...like a damp carpet just as you walk in. Bathroom was very small you had to close the door so that you could use the toilet. Overall the hotel was clean and staff were very good. The cable/satellite reception was terrible. Wifi was good. The bed was awesome! Had a fantastic sleep!
Great place to stay!! Best Western Plus, Bridgeport, WV. Greatly situated, lots of amenities around this area. Clean, Comfortable and the Staff are so friendly and professional. Highly recommend you stay here if you have the chance.

Hotel was very good. Would prefer hot breakfast included vs 10% discount in the restaurant. We eat low carb, and we viewed the breakfast menu at dinner the night before and saw that we would have to pay more for
the basic food that included toast and potatoes that we don't eat.

For us, the Internet didn't work. Our room had damp carpeted floors. Worth the few extra bucks to stay at a Hampton Inn.

The room was very clean and very nice. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Even the coffee in my room was good (I usually don't even bother with coffee as it tastes like they scooped it from a mud puddle). The price was more than decent. This is probably the nicest best western I've ever seen and I've been travelling for a living for the past 12 years. If I am ever in the area again, this will be my "go to".

This is a consistently satisfactory experience. The staff is attentive and friendly, the rooms are clean, well appointed, and comfortable; the linens are top notch. In addition, the in-hotel restaurant is a step above expectation. We have never been disappointed in the breakfast or dinner offerings. The menu is diverse though limited to a degree, the food is well prepared as well as presented, and the staff is attentive. No hesitation in recommending this establishment.
The rooms are a bit dated and have a stale smell, but everything seemed clean.

As always, my stay in the Bridgeport Best Western was pleasant and relaxing; the staff is always ready to answer questions and to help in any way possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible; Best Western is my choice for my visits to Bridgeport.
Pet friendly hotel. Made our reservation with Courtney. She was very pleasant and helpful. Everything here was fantastic, except there are no where near enough outlets in the room. We had to unplug items to use outlets. Housekeeping was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Thanks to you all!

Bathrooms outdated, wifi only works when it wants, tv sucks along with the 10 fuzzy channels, hotel has no respect for keeping you away from construction (they are currently ripping up the tile with a jack hammer right In front of our room, restaurant is not a bat, No free breakfast. Bottom line NEVER stay here people!

Room was extremely hot, air conditioning was very poor and did not cool entire room. We stayed in a room with my mother-in-law. We had her sleep closest to AC so she would not overheat and it did not reach the other bed.
