Not only is it expensive for a night they do not have complementary breakfast, the carpet was dirty, and there was hair in the bathtub do yourself a favor stay somewhere else,there are better hotels/motels in area!!!
Love this hotel... The accommodations are lovely and very clean... The staff is great and best of all, they accept pets!
I would highly recommend Best Western in Bridgeport...
Very good but it still needs heavier curtons on the window's to keep the lighting from the nite light out.
Very disappointed. It says it's a "Best Western Plus" but definitely not up to Plus standards. Looks like a regular Best Western with a coat of paint slapped on. No free breakfast. Very 70's and not in a good way. Dingy drop ceiling. All tv's have very poor reception. The bulbs were only half screwed in (I couldn't believe it either). Room and hallway smelled like bleach. Coffee pot didn't work correctly (spewed chunks of coffee into cup). And they didn't charge me correctly upon checkout.
Great people working behind the front desk, quick check in and out. Great restaurant and workout center, clean rooms. I'll stay again!
The room was good for the price. The restaurant however left a little too be desired.
We stay at this hotel every year when we go south and on our way back. We have always enjoyed our stay except this time on our way back. The room we had was clean and smelled great. One bed was good the other had seen better days and didn't offer much support. The most frustrating moment was the next morning when we went to shower. My wife's shower was fine , when I went to shower the diverter on the tub spout fell apart and I was unable to use it. Things like this shouldn't happen if a place is well maintained. It's not the end of the world but we reported it and the kid on the desk said he would put it in the maintenance log. We will stay next year I just hope a little more care is taken when servicing each room in the hotel for incoming guests. Thanks
Stayed here a lot while working in WV. Staff was friendly and check in was always easy. Rooms were clean. The beds weren t my favorite, they were always too firm for me. Save your money and don t bother with the restaurant/ bar.

The rooms are nice but no complementary breakfast! They also have no elevator. The outdoor pool was nice. We have T-Mobile and got no cell service and the internet was hard to get on.
This hotel is great for visiting family in West Virginia.
Upon entry room was fresh. Bathroom was updated and spotless. Bed was comfortable and although the hotel was full, we had a very quiet restful night. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend. Great value!
Overall we gave this BW Plus a 9. Service from everyone was truly excellent. The internet service is unsatisfactory, as well as the in room heater/air conditioner.
Room was nice and clean, bathroom was rather small but otherwise it was nice. Fridge and microwave were included

Wow! Jodi, night Mgr, went beyond all expectations. The entire staff was great too. Jodi determined the best location for our room(s) based on our special needs. I needed smoking and my sis could not have smoking and she put us in two separate buildings, corner rooms so we would be very very close. The room was fully stocked and very clean and quiet and the restaurant/bar was great. We were traveling and stayed in 7 different hotels that week and this was the very best and also easily the best value. Please note it was also the lowest cost room that week!!! I wish we had this same experience in the others (we did not). Thanks!
This venue is easy access to the highway. It is clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the food is good.
It is the only hotel of the many that I have visited that despite the pandemic they bring you clean towels every day ....

I stayed here on business for 10 days, and my company set me up with the reservation here. After getting my reservation I called the location and specifically asked for a NON smoking room. The day I arrived, the front desk handed me my key, and I went to my room.
The exterior of the facility does not give a lot of confidence. There were employees standing outside of what I assume was the back door to the restaurant smoking and sitting on upside down buckets.
I ignored this and proceeded to my room. The moment I opened the door the smell of smoke hit me. I went back to the front desk and told them that I had been placed in a smoking room. I told them that I had called about a week earlier asking for a non smoking room. The man look at the notes, agreed with me that there was a note stating that I had asked for a nonsmoking room and then told me they were booked solid and that I would have to wait for a new room.
6 days into my stay (I was unable to make other arrangements with another hotel on short notice) and they finally moved me to a non smoking room. I asked every day, and they assured me that my name was in a book to be moved asap, but they did not accomidate me. I ended up smelling like a cigrette butt for 6 days because they would not make right what they had screwed up.
I expected better of Best Western, let alone a "3 star" hotel.
Our friends in different rooms said their rooms smelled like smoke; however, ours did not. Also, no free breakfast. The room was great for us!

Very clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately breakfast was closed for the day. Notice was posted however did not state reason(s) for being closed for the day. Felt safe and the entire place was very clean. Big plus , they have smoking rooms which is very hard to find as most hotels are smoke free. For being in a smokers room , when entered the hallway and room had a very fresh scent and you could not tell it was a smoking floor. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. Located very close to shopping also.
Great location. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I had left my pillow there this past weekend and they are going to mail it to me! Such a relief!

Only one elevator so depending on where your room is you could have a very long walk. I'm handicapped so it was not good for me. The bed was a little lumpy. No wall plugs close to night stand for cell phones. The employees were very nice.
If I could do negative stars I would. The front desk lady Becky is rude and has a smart mouth. The cleaning staff are friendly. There is no breakfast so working pipeliners and people who are up early should stay else where. The rooms are clean.
facility was clean, staff helpful, amenities excellent, price as low as other facilities of lesser quality. This is the seventh stay we have had at a Best Western and I am totally committed to booking at their facilities when they are available.
Nice stop after a full day of travel and staff made the stay pleasant. The restaurant also had good food and caring staff.
The entire staff was EXTREMELY friendly. The shuttle service was great and the drivers were very kind; I got everywhere I needed to be, on time. The breakfast service was great. I highly recommend it!
My only comment was the furniture was organized oddly throughout the room, when you first walked in the room felt smaller than it should have.

The beds were very comfortable, clean, I could only give it 3 stqrs because the heater was not operating right and kept us up all night.
I want to personally thank Brenda in housekeeping for taking care of Teddy who unfortunately got left behind when we stayed there back on March 15, 2014. She took the time to send him back to us and it was greatly appreciated. Our stay was also very good, the rooms were comfortable and we had no issues. Brenda and all the staff...thanks!!
Rooms are clean people are friendly but kind of sucks no continental breakfast sucks if your traveling for work.
The service at the hotel was friendly and polite. Though a bit outdated, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms and the hotel was located close to restaurants.

Hotel is nice, don't eat at their restaurant. I mean unless you like microwaved chicken fried steak. Walk across the street and get good food.

I just absolutely love the longevity of the staff at this hotel. I have stayed at this particular one several times in the past. After a two year hiatus from this region and returning for another business trip, the same friendly staff is there to greet you again. The best part is that they will recognize you from a phone call while trying to confirm a reservation.
