Reception/check-in was very efficient and friendly. The only complaints we have are there is no continental breakfast offered (but there was coffee) and the freezer compartment of the fridge in the room was not operational so we could not refreeze our cooler freezer packs. Otherwise this is a wonderfully clean, quiet and comfortable hotel to stay in.
