The room I booked was to be a king room. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a room that had two full size beds, in which my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds. The manager stated that it was my fault for booking through a third party, in which they get inferior service. It is unprofessional to make your guest pay for irresponsible mistakes made by the hotel.
