Nice hotel, nice rooms, close to a lot of shopping/food.

Good place to sleep and you can bring your pets here too , nice friendly people

I recently worked with this facility for a three day conference. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received. Bob and the rest of the staff treated us like royalty not only taking care of every need we had, they anticipated what our needs might be. I wil most certainly return in the future!

Large parking lot for parking RV or trailer. Rooms very clean. Resturant has good food at reasonable cost.

Is just a old hotel service is great location is great but hotel needs and free breakfast

The beds are horrible! They have a plastic wrap around the mattresses or something so you sweat all night no matter how cold you get the a/c... its worse than sleeping on a air mattress. Way too expensive for an uncomfortable night!

We were stranded in the USA from Canada because of a motor vehicle accident and the staff at BW Bridgeport went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. The hotel is very comfortable, restaurant excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Only con would be the size of bathrooms.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were clean. Also in a nice area with several restaurants and shopping nearby.

Definitely not the best place around. Especially for the price. Stayed here for out of town work. I won't be back. Kind of old and run down with rude staff that just come into your room whenever they want. Wi-Fi is very weak in most of the building unless your near the lobby. No free breakfast. Fire alarm goes off randomly during the day and so does the power. Very tiny bathroom. Main room door doesn't close itself you have to force it. In closing I only recommend staying here if you have too or you get a great deal on a room.

Very busy area but the hotel is easy to get to. Restaurant on the property but other options are close by. Motorcycle friendly.

I Love this hotel, its really nice,cozy and comfortable.The rooms are nice and clean the staffs are very friendly nice and helpful to our questions and to what we need but i hate the fact that when we try few times to stay there again, they always booked up don't have any rooms available, maybe for one night or none at all. but i guess we was lucky for our first time...so definitely will go back and stay thats if there's any rooms available

Great location to hold a meeting or conference. The food is wonderful and the staff is exceptional, especially Bob who made sure our meeting and lunch were perfect. Will be holding our next event at this location and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to hold a meeting in Bridgeport, WV.

Fast check-in. Friendly attendants at front desk. Very nice and neat rooms with clean sheets and towels without any detergent smell.

Very beautiful hotel to stay in, very very comfortable beds room were very modern and clean, and also staff was very professional and helpful, I would recommend this hotel if your ever in the neighborhood

Good clean room, everything worked, internet connection was good, showers worked and were clean. Good value for the price.

Play place to stay much cheaper than New York City parking is only $20 a day instead of $80 for two hundred bucks we got full kitchen big refrigerator dishwasher everything you could want thirty feet from the ferry plus beautiful view of New York skyline everyday

We ve been using Best Westerns strictly for a while now and they rarely disappoint. This one was nice, quiet and located in a good area for shopping or eating out. The room was nice and comfortable. The hot tub was definitely nice. We would stay here again for sure.

Best Western in Clarksburg/Bridgeport very clean, staff is always attentive prices usually reasonable was a bit high on 1 trip. Pet friendly. The bathrooms are small and pet price is $30 per night which is high but overall always have great experience. We will return.

Budget friendly hotel. Travelling with our pet and one of only 3 in area that is pet friendly. Room is clean and staff great.

Not a bad hotel. Staff is nice and they do a good job cleaning every day. We stayed for 3 weeks on business. There is definitely nicer hotels to stay at in the area though.

Slipped and fell on the painted side walk while raining. They need to install grip tape on the sidewalk to help prevent this.

Great room,young lady at the front desk was absolutely delightful, the young lady who was in charge of the maids was a sweet heart, and the older lady who cleaned our room did a Excellent job great place to stay

The beds were comfortable. The staff didn't really seem to care if we were there or not. The coffee was not pleasant tasting at all and we had to pay for our breakfast at the hotel. This place was set up through my business site but I will not choose to stay there again.

The Bridgeport Inn is a jewel in the western mountains in Maryland. I want to stay their longer now that I found this treasure.

I attended a conference in one of the meeting rooms. The hotel provided catering. Sone of the best hotel conference catering I've ever had. Very nice selection including house made potato chips.

Great room, as advertised, great service. One floor, so lengthy distances between front desk and rooms, so its a long walk. Otherwise great. Pool is great as well.

This is more for their banquet room and service there. The service was excellent. The staff was attentive and made our gathering memorable.
The food was good overall. We were told it was the chef's first attempt at cooking certain specific dishes (Scot Eggs) but I thought she did well.

This Best Western was a pleasant surprise as we did not have reservations. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We were surely stay here again when traveling this route.

Room had dirty clothes and garbage left in it. On site restaurant closed for the day. An email to that effect would have been appreciated as we were a party of four ladies travelling south.

Very friendly clean hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent, homey and we had a lovely gentleman server. Would be happy to stay again on our trek to Florida. Pet friendly too with a treat. Thank you!!

The hotel itself was more than satisfactory. The onsite restaurant however is a completely different story. The food was terrible and the bartender was fairly rude. There was one waitress who seemed to be doing a very god job. When I went to get some hot water for my tea the water was cold, the front desk told me to go to the restaurant and tell Dan. Well, after waiting for about 5 minutes for somebody to come out, I was completely ignored and passed over for to other patrons who had arrived after me. Hotel = O.K.. Restaurant = TERRIBLE!

I just went to visit my grandparents that came up from Florida. The rooms looked very nice. So did the lobby, and I would stay there.

I absolutely love this place we stayed for 4 days loved its much..we kept extending our vacation it was over a week until we left...so relaxing and they are very accommodating.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was great for breakfast before getting back on the road and my kids ate free.

Room was over priced. Door to room would not close completely. Tried to get a coke with ice in resteraunt but the one guy working was way overloaded. They need another person working. No free breakfast. Wifi would not work.

I was very pleased with this stay. The room was nice. The breakfast was great and the bartender was nice too. I was there for my high school reunion and they did a pretty good job on their banquet services too. The price was great. I'd stay here again.

Trying too hard to make money. The small rooms and bathroom are a joke. The food in the restaurant is processed as much as possible. 2.50 wash,2.50 dry. No free breakfast at all.

The entire staff was extremely courteous and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay.
