PUD is absolutely wonderful. I have not had any bad experiences with them yet!
They are ALWAYS professional and attentive.
Today they even rescued my kitten from a tree that was about 40 ft high with no charge.

Doesn't matter if you leave your heather off the whole winter there will always be a spike in price during the winter/holidays season.
Benton PUD doesn't care for the poor and always sending harrassing letters. Luckily Elon Musk will throw them out of business. PUD is bad for the environment, Elon is for sustainable clean energy.

Updating an old review still not impressed and they are only getting more expensive

Was double charged for one month of service. When I messaged for explanation I didn t not receive clear indication of why I was charged $113.00 and $118.30 for a total of $231.53 on 3 separate invoices but was told they were not the same but all of the charges were correct. While the system was telling me I was past due for when I barely received the invoices 01/09/20 but it was late by 1/10/20 and due date was 01/16/20, a future date which will lead to a late charge even though it was not late.
