Super useful place with a varied assortment of shops from clothing and cosmetics to furniture, stationery, and books.

There's an abundance of food; there's a Costa on the second floor I believe, there's an ice cream stall, a smoothie booth (which I thought was super tasty), a restaurant with a lot of seats across from HMV (which has slow service sometimes), and more on the top floor and lower ground floor.

There are clothes shops for all ages and different styles, so you'll likely find something you like. The H&M here has a bigger queue than I've seen in other ones though.

Looking tired - trying to be something it s not with things they are stocking it s looking very run down and not what you expect for these prices.

Think they have lost the plot it s just a shell these days full of coffee shops and concessions nothing Fenwick anymore.

The store itself is nicely presented, but the staff are rude.

I went in there yesterday looking to purchase a new TV, not one member of staff asked if I needed help.

One member of staff took it upon himself to stand directly in front of me, when I was looking at said TV, and when he finished speaking with another member of staff, just said "alright" and walked off.

I thought it was maybe just one person, so approached another member of staff and asked a question, and he seemed completely uninterested in helping. He didn't even bother to make eye contact.

Perhaps you have to wear a suit to shop in Bentalls, as all that were seemed to be receiving decent customer services.

Will not be spending a penny in that store. I would not recommend this store.
