Good place for all the Asian grocery needs with competitive rates. They have complimentary tea being served in the evening hours which is an additional thing for quite a few folks to catch up with their pals over tea. You should try their Samosas which are really good considering the limited Indian snacks option we have in town.

Great place to shop for indian groceries. Also has a meat section in the back.

Good place for quick shopping visits. They have almost everything. Does get busy between 7 and 9 PM. They offer free cups of tea on weekdays.

Small Indian grocery shop . Near Buckland street there are many Indian communities and the place is running and you don't see much items here. One good thing is they follow the good strategy. That is evening Tea and Samosa, which we like having it and that is good.

Compact store with chicken/ mutton counter, but little bit pricy. Love the samosa here. But store staffs are damn slow, non veg counter staff is so rude. He should understand they are earning money because of the customer. Some of the stuffs are overpriced compared to Patels.

Please can you appoint an human in the butcher shop as of now a dog was there and it was barking when I asked a question! But just a curious that dog has human face and when I asked a question it started to bark! I have reported to necessary department for this dog and probably this week someone from dog catcher department will come and catch this dog. Please try to take care of this dog otherwise it may be killed .

Google should give option to select no star option. I am supposed to give a star to that dog

We can get most of Indian groceries and cost also seems ok when compared to other stores . Vegetables are not that much fresh but their response and services is good

This place is surviving only because of lack of competition in Manchester CT. The staff tell you not to buy some items (that are available) because they are risky! Why the heck are you selling "risky" stuff then? The halal butcher doesn't even care if you are waiting for half an hour in queue. Lacks basic courtesy! The schedule says it will open at 10:30 AM, there's a queue of dozen people waiting for 30 mins. He doesn't even bother to acknowledge them. Not coming here for meat again!

I don't know why people have overrated this place. The place is quite conjusted, limited billing counters, limited vegetables, I didn't even like the veggies. I was told it has the best vegetables in Manchester. Though I liked other stuffs in the store and it feels them at decent price. It could not be compared to grocery stores in NJ.

Very bad customer service and attitudistic. Even when the customer is in the shop lights are switched off and when requested to switch the lights on for couple of more minutes reply is we cannot it is time as if they don't want us.

Not so clean. No refunds for returns. Have to buy alternate products. No receipt for alternate product.

It is a good place in Manchester CT to buy Indian Groceries and snacks, however things sometimes can be nearing or past expiration date.

Worst management and they are rude. They don t respond to your question and not even listen to your words at all.
They ignore customer concerns and concentrate only on bills. People are going because it is near to house. Better ignore this place. It look like a dustbin, no cleaning at all.

Not at all good. Had purchased Ashirwad wheat flour and swad poha... Both were smelling bad. Had to return them back. Better to go to Patel foods.

Very convenient location, well stocked and friendly staff

I have been to the store many times and cannot think of a time when I couldn't find anything in the store. They literally have everything you would expect to find in a Indian Convenient store. Very clean and friendly staff. They have long lines during some rush hours but the staff is good at moving them quickly.

The meat store is so rude, not sure where these come from, they don't have basic civic sense and doesn't know how to talk to customer totally corrupting US culture.

Worst Worst Place ever. Stay away from this meat shop. I know most of the customers are Desi people, Guys Please consider other places, you will find the experience more pleasant.

If you are looking for Meat, consider DESI GROCERY they have more meat options and very polite and friendly or Can also consider Farms near by for fresh meat.

I bought Rotika Chapathi yesterday 6/13 and shows expired date as 7/1. But It was already rotten. When I reached out shop keeper and agreed trying to cover up infront of other customers. Finally got my refund.

Very good South Asian grocery store where you predominantly get Indian items. They sell chicken and goat meat as well and stock is awesome

Sai offers fresh vegetables always. The quality and variety of Indian vegetables is always up to the mark. I also buy chicken and goat from the sai butcher shop which is located at the backside of the shop. One can get good goat portions on Friday and Saturday.

Please do not buy raw meat, coconut and sweets from here. They are not fresh and spoiled some times.

Went to meat department at 6:45p, when store is closing at 7p. Person attending the counter was very rude when I asked to update my order from 3lb to 4lb.

Most of old stocks, particularly in snacks. Return policy of the store is Goods one sold cannot be returned or exchanged !!! Worst customer service.

I have attached the pics here. This is the Second time after finding an expired dosa batter where the guy tried to convince me that that the date is indian style which is dd-mm-yyyy. When I pulled another one and argued how come there is 24th month, he said sorry. I am going to report on these guys.

I have nothing against the store but the person in the billing counter is someone with 0 common sense. He just puts cilantro and other green leaves in the bottom of the bag and other heavy stuff over it.When mentioned not to do that he literally threw the bill without handing it to me and I had to pick it up.How rude and insensitivity towards the customer!

Good store where you get all fresh vegetables n all Indian grocery items. But when u r busing packed items like soup n all then u have to check the expiry date.

I had a very bad experience. They change the manufacturing dates on the products. I have bought knorr soups on which the pkd date was July' 16. Later when I came home I checked that there was some limited period offer mentioned on the packet and to participate in the offer customer had to apply on or before Jan '16. How is this possible? Only way is that they changed the manufacturing date and selling expired products.. highly disappointed..

Have products available. Need to wait for billing enough time. Staffs are not that supportive as well

Prices are increased and no proper price stickers. We dont see price untill billing done and no returns are accepting now.

I would give them zero star if possible. There are two men in their staff, one a big bellied nepali guy (fair complexion, short height ) and another short-heighted bengali or south-indian guy (brown complexion, headfull of hair; his name maybe roy). These two men are mostly walking around the aisles stocking food. They shamelessly whistle, sing songs and make passes at women shopping at the store. This is my own personal experience and many of my other friends and their young daughters have been eve-teased by them. We had planned to complain to the local police station about these two men but thought we will first write a review and see if the store owners care to check these two men in their staff.

Worst store. half of the packed grocery is old and stale. Then they ask you to pay only in cash. If you don t have cash then staff will cuss you (assuming you don t know the language). Never going back and never recommend anyone to go to this store.

I saw bugs crawling on floor lots of time lack of cleaning always. And They don't carry Some typical gujarati food items like Patel brothers do carry. Like Deep's mathiya n chorafari and other seasonal gujarati food items for fest. I went to buy this items specially but Wast of time. Better stick with Patel brothers

They sell expired products. Be careful and check expiry date for every product beciase they have the worst customer service. We have to argue to prove the expiey date even thpugh ots wrtiien on the product cover . Not bale to gove zero stars..worst woest worst.. do nt go

Good place and strategically located. However they need more space to expand and store inventory. Love the tea, Samosas and sweets. Way to go.
