Bentalls is an institution: staff on the upper floors maintain traditional standards in customer care. The clothing department is more hit and miss - some of the older staff are very knowledgable but the younger staff lack focus.

Too many times I have found the younger staff standing around in groups talking loudly about their weekend escapades whilst avoiding eye contact with customers looking for help. Ended up walking out and buying the item I was looking at from John Lewis instead.

A good department store, has everything that you want.

This is one of the best shopping venues in London. It has great concessions brands and a very nice home furnishings floor. Its children floor is also packed with clothes, toys, and nursery furniture/items. The prices are a bit upscale but reflect the quality of products on offer.

A great shopping centre with plenty of shops and places to eat. Always clean and tidy.

Always stocked well, wide selection of fashion, nice layout. Miles ahead of John Lewis in terms of fashion.

Ate at the restaurant, worst meal I have had in London in quite a while. Now, sure what can you expect at a restaurant in a department store, but the bun on my burger was still smoking when it arrived at the table. By the time the burger, got to the table the rest of our food was cold. Maybe it would have faster if they hadn t burnt the bum.

Plenty of shops around plus 5 min walk and can be seating by the Themes having beer.

Great department store and shopping centre. A lot easier than travelling to central London and lots of choice.

My experience from Dior counter was very helpful yesterday, plus very educational, plus inviting me to the Dior show on November19th. The young ladies were very nice,very good salesmenship, & very through. Friendly staff. I left very happy with my purchases.Thank you Bentalls.

Easy parking, best to avoid weekends, good selection of high Street brands and easy access to Kingston Town centre.

Laura was super lovely and even more helpful when I came in to choose a perfume from Chanel. She made choosing the right one fun and wrapped it really nicely for me :)

Biggest mall in the heart of Kingston and there's a large variety of shops.

Nice shopping center, but seriously in need of a parking payment app, the lines for the machines at closing time are outrageous. Simple fix, work on it!

Your web site go round in circles Please tell me how to find your items for sale on said web site. in all departments. Your web site needs up dating to show department stock for sale. Very web site services.

It has everything that you need from shopping and the Bentall Centre is right in the middle of Kingston high-street which has hundreds of shops

Best shopping center. Very clean. Most of the shops you'd expect all under one spectacular glazed roof. Car park system is very clever

nice place!! i like shopping there the most. daily from monday-friday it usually closes around 6 but thursday 9pm.

Large retail complex. Many Department Stores. Large parking available. Lifts and esclaters available. Ma y coffe shops and resturants. TOILETS is a pronlem.

A nice department store, four floors of good quality products. I especially like the kitchen equipment and electrical departments, hood selection and very helpful staff.

Needed some bin bags Bentalls is one of the few places that sell them.

Big shopping centre with many outlets and a bridgelink to car park. Non essential shops closed.

Easy parking and always busy. I like this place because there is always something different in the main entrance area for the children to see. Good selection of shops and nice places to eat. A fun day out.
