Nice space with a good variety of shops, Bentalls doesn't accept contactless, and when I asked an assistant why, she told me to shop elsewhere if I want to use it! Toy shop looks lavish but poorly stocked. Satori restaurant is great, yo sushi is nothing to write home about! Shopping centre leads to great pedestrianised high Street.

Good choice of goods. We happened to be looking for furniture. Staff we met very helpful couldnt do enough for us. Prices on the high side but there are bargains to be had during the sales

Love the store itself, but the staff need to seriously reconsider their customer service.

On one occasion my friend and I went in to look at evening wear for a formal event we were attending and spent the entire time being silently followed by a member of staff. She didn't greet us or offer assistance, just kept watching us like she expected us to make a dash for it with an armful of dresses. When another customer - an older lady - appeared, suddenly the shop assistant was all smiles and charm and asking if she needed help looking for something in particular.

More recently the same friend and I went in to look for a hat for Ascot. Whilst trying them on, a member of staff descended and (without greeting us) told us to be very careful with the hats as they were very delicate (not incredibly polite, but not an unreasonable direction). However after explaining that we were looking for something to wear to Ascot, the shop assistant pointed out that these particular hats were 'very expensive' and were we 'sure we were looking to spend that much money'. The last time I checked, it was not an employee's place to question a customer's financial position or insinuate that things were out of their price range.

On both occasions I have been convinced by their rudeness and snobbery to spend my money elsewhere.

Like most big shopping centres it has the usual high st names and plenty of places to eat. It has two large car parks attached to it and links from them to the centre via an enclosed bridge walk so you can go in wet weather and not be exposed to the elements. Unless you are on the roof car parks and then you will be exposed to the elements. Although you do get good views from rooftop parking.

Cool and convenient department store in South West. The choice of shops is super decent, while the atmosphere and environment is renovated all the time.

Bentalls is always my preferred option vs going down town London.

A good shopping centre with lots of choice of clothing stores as well as other shops. The department store is especially good and offers everything you would want from a department store. The range and quality of products available is fantastic. The one thing I would advise is that you allow yourself several hours to explore what the place has to offer before relaxing in one of the many eateries.

Has plenty of quality items for you to choose from it's just very difficult to find something with a price tag on it. So annoying we just gave up and went elsewhere. Selling 101 put the price on it! This is the store itself which was a disappointment compared to the rest of the shopping centre.

It is a great shopping centre located in the central part of the city with its own parking. You can explore different brands and departments. There is an old Bentalls and a new modern part of it both connected together with good architecture. For me an overall good experience visiting and shopping there. I would say there is this feeling similar to visiting a department store rather than each individual brand which I myself like - that is for the old part. The new one consists of individual shops belonging to various brands you know and love.

Great Centre with brilliant shops, friendly helpful staff and a general feeling of goodwill which is unusual these days. Nice restaurants and reasonable prices. Good place to hang out with a friend for a catch up.

love it!!! that is where i like shopping the most. but one thing i dislike is the opening hours. daily from monday-friday it usually closes around 6 but thursday 9pm. i would think that a shopping as big as this one should close around 8-9pm.

Huge department store, where you can find pretty much anything you might need.
There are lots of places to stop and have a rest/bite to eat.

Well signposted, so it's easy to find what you're looking for. The staff are also always happy to help.

One of the biggest and best department stores out there, with products to suit every budget.

We were looking for a birthday present and the lady that helped us was very friendly and pleasant. She restored a little faith back in customer service which is so often lacking these days.

Great toy department. If you go with a little kid, as I did, it will cost you (you can't get out without buying something unless you are very hard-hearted) but it has an amazing selection and quite fun.

A shopping destination. All under one roof. With the addition of the cinema and new food outlets, it will be a shopping force to reckon with. 25million pounds investment new lighting and aesthetic improvements will bring more people into the town centre and improve the economy.
