It's ok. Been to better places. Toilets are on 3rd floor at the far end. Think they dont want people using it Haha.
To many people not enough parking not a enjoyable experience. stay at home and shop.
My experience was brilliant
Thanks
What's not to like about three or is it four? stories of shops. All indoor and a vast variet from Mcdonalds in the basement, WH Smiths, Timberland, to Apple, furniture shops to mens & womens clothes shops. The stairs, escalator, lift arrangement is slightly irritating because you frequently have to walk from one end of the building to the other but then I guess the idea is to parade as many shops before your eyeline as they can.
Very good, friendly and efficient employees and generally finds everything.
Some would say this shop is the backbone of Kingston, if it wasn't for Bentalls, Kingston wouldn't be half the place it is. Great department store!!!
Loved the store, products and standards. Felt like a better JLP to me
Nice to see that effort being made to do something different at Christmas . Absolutely loving the live choir , they re amazing and a very appreciative audience . Thank you Bentalls
Hugely disappointed by the customer service at this store. Was denied a refund or exchange for a luxury item that was not of adequate quality. I wrote a polite letter to the store, hoping they could put things right by offering me a refund without the need for this. This hasn't been acknowledged. I would have expected better from Bentalls and will be taking my money elsewhere in the future.
Nice big shopping centre, with selection of shops, including Apple Store
This shopping mall is a very good one. Not only does it have a good selection of shops but its restuarants are really good. Its postioned in just the right area, so even outside there is really good shops
Really good department store with just about everything you could need.
Kingston's best shopping place. One would find everything in one place.
Love the centre very well organised. Great selection of clothing and technology. Staff are great and always on hand to help.
Bare rude staff. They chattin like i 4 or somthin. and bare road men poppin thru with fresh creps like don't think I stare at your ugly teef boi u ain't got nothin apart from ur slazenger hoodie mate.
What a treat...
The Celebrated Chef, Ken Hom was demonstrating his culinary skills at the Kitchen & Cooking Utensils department today.
A very nice department store. Sometimes you can get a bargain when they have special offers or when the sale starts with 30 to 70% off the marked price.
Great place to shop
Parking is just like Westfield,
The two ladies on China and glass were exceptionally helpful. I was purchasing a cutlery set for our granddaughters birthday
Easy parking. Good selection of shops. Clean and tidy
Fabulous Shop.Amazing service from shop floor all the way to the delivery guys. Support your local shops or risk losing them. Hats off Bentals !
Wide range of items, good customer service. Not the cheapest.
Good reductions in bedding dept and pleasant staff.
Lovely shop, enjoy taking my wife and kids here. Little over priced but you get what you pay for.
My favourite department store, staff are friendly, they look good and always have smile on their faces and willing to help.
Expensive but worth it and the staff are brilliant.
Staff very friendly and very much like a John Lewis.
Nice place, mainly for shopping. If you want coffee you'll need to go outside to one of the cafes near the market..
Love the place! You can find a great range of brands of accessories, fashion, beauty, children s wear and homeware such as Ted Baker, DKNY, French Connection, Karen Millen, Hugo Boss, Kurt Geiger, Longchamp, Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren and Coast. For beauty, there are a range of brands such as, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, Tom Ford and Benefit!
Good selection of clothing and home-ware, definitely a suitable place for buying gifts. Only thing that put me off is that there were a couple of over zealous shop assistants. Of course, I understand that they are simply doing their job and that working in retail can be dull, but one in particular kept pestering us even after we told her we were only browsing and didn't need any help, felt very awkward.
Pleasant shopping experience with some hidden bargains, if you know where to look. They have a bargain area with reduced prices on a whole range of products. Well worth a visit. I would suggest trouble free parking in their own multi storey car park.
Superb service especially from the electronics selection, Ash in there is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Lots of shops to shop in. A busy shopping centre and you can bag a bargain, if you look around. This centre has high end branding, if you have spare cash. No free parking. Its park and pay.
Staff is extremely friendly and the variety of items is immense. Just go nd have a look.
Well you can find anything for your home at roughtly double price of online. Madly overpriced
I m a bit disgusted to see that it s not enforced that people wear masks when in this store. Very few staff wear masks, customers don t seem to care. But come on, why can t staff at least wear them? Pure ignorance.
Always lots of variety in Bentalls. Some pricier stuff for the extra posh, available. Great makeup counters
I visit this store nearly every weekend, one of the best stores in south-west London.
Very good selection of shops and certainly the architecture caught my eye. The shops are well laid out and the window displays were fantastic.
Looks like a mini Westfield as u have Rolex and some of the other expensive outlets. A good place to wander around. I'll be back
Good range of quality products usually sold, and well laid out. Also not too manic
Good department store, great for presents, always like to come here shopping staff always attentive and helpful.
Feels absolutely like a complete and utter maze in there! Full of mirrors and lack of exit signage it's an absolute nightmare trying to find one's way out of this store!! Avoid unless you want an assault on the senses!!!
Went to the men's ted baker department such a pleasant service experience. Friendly happy assistant .
A great department store, I wish that they still did the full range of Hornby / Airfix / Corgi / Humbrol products, but I do understand that that is out of their control, being that Humbrol have taken away the franchise from most stores now!
