Nice, but big queue for toilets !

Excellent large Department Store . Part of the Fenwick's group ,so as good as anything in West End

Ok service. Found some younger assistance had some attitude towards me.
Found a muture person whom wanted to help. Bentalls sales was disappointing

Shop here all the time convenient as many concessions are within the store. Also having recently bought a new home i like their home section has become more affordable. Ny favourite concessions are the make up counters , shoe section and home department.

First class department store. Quality products, good pricing and great staff.

Great little shopping centre with good parking. Includes Bentalls department store and John Lewis just over the road...

Very nice and well maintained with many shops for every need. Large and covered parking with direct access to the shopping center. There are several places to have lunch, not all up to par, especially for the quality of the food and cleanliness. Many do not have table service.

Not the Bentalls I remember from my 1970'S childhood. It's a good store with lots of choice.

Shena on the Dior counter did a great job advising me on the perfect gift for the mrs & wrapped it impeccably. Give her a raise worth her weight in gold

Late night shopping and they still charge for using their car park really annoying.

Too crowdy place to be during Covid 19 . I felt really uncomfortable when I enter inside and I had to leave. As place in general big nice mall

I've been visiting bentalls since a child in the 1950s. It's always been a great store with such an array of merchandise to tempt you.

I preferred it pre 1992 changes to the Bentall centre

Great for kids toys. And large lego statues. Kids loved it.

Very bentally. Don't go here if you have an affliction towards bentalls.

Good family to go shopping center, with a variety of shops.

However, one little thing that really bothers me whenever I go there is the horrendous smell of the Yo- Sushi Restaurant throughout the entire shopping mall!!

Went to Carluccios restaurant. Great service with delicious food.

One of the few old fashioned department stores left, but they have such a good selection of products to browse. Always interesting things to see and buy and prices are much more reasonable than you would think, especially in the sales, can even often beat internet prices, but you get the added advantage of seeing and feeling the goods and getting actual customer service from friendly and knowledgeable people, rather than trusting a potentially fake online review. Support your high streets people and keep the historical shops like Bentall's open, before our town centres all turn into ghost towns. This place is one of the oldest shops in the country, but really has moved forward with the times. Try it.

One of the better shopping centers in London. It is bright, clean and well organised. It has the usual shops and restaurants that can be found in other shipping centres but in a more welcoming environment.

A generic collection of usual high street conveniently located in one shopping arcade with a Bentalls shop on onr end and a Yo sushi at the other with loads more in between...normally fairly busy. It serves a purpose but there is nothing unique here except it still has an Hmv.

Love the restaurant in Bentals Dept Store the pizzas are lovely and the accommodate my dietary needs with ease. A lovely place to relax

Asked the man at the to about the product. He found a way to open it to read the instructions. Was as i wanted so bought it there and then.

Good wide range of shops and has lifts for wheelchairs and prams

Kunzul @tomford gave amazing service. Best ive recieved with in retail, helped me with choosing christmas presents and was very helpful and made the experience of shopping extremely fun.

Who are they trying to kid, it's a mall !
Try the TV department, they are hopeless, no knowledge of products and couldn't give a toss.

Large, high end department store. Sells everything, except cars, houses and holidays thank god. Good for gifts and indulgence.

A quirky and somewhat unique department store. Will probably have what you need, although it's not cheap.

The staff are helpful and friendly, although the store layout takes some getting used to. Definitely fun to browse, although you might end up buying more than you planned.

Excellent store ,many designers ,and a very good range in all departments. Wheel chair friendly ,parking with mobility spaces and child spaces . Well thought out .

In current difficult retail environment it is great to see a shopping mall alive and in fact currently doing upgrade to increase offerings by end if year with rooftop bar and Curzon cinema due to come end if the year. Aside large selection of small shop, large Bentall shop has everything you need minus food hall from toys to top of range TV to crockery...

Nice and airy, good selection of stores and not too difficult to navigate.

I loved this place when it was a separate store as you would often find products you didnt realise you needed for over half price. The new look basement discount section is maybe a bit better as you get new stuff cycling through it all the time where as on the old stand alome store 70% of products were their so long they got dusty!

Bentalls was great 10 years ago but time has moved on and you can see many empty shops nowadays.
Still very busy at weekends but not as exciting as in old times.

Like the shop, got 4 floors and you can find very interesting products and small gifts for everyone, quality products, good furniture, lots of kitchen accessories on affordable prices, big plus is that while you shop, you can have a break and have a coffe as there is a Cafe Nero coffee shop inside.

Still manages to exude an air of genteel privilege. The kids section is designer wear (only)!?

Browsing through the various departments is always interesting. Plenty of small nicest. To sit.and have refreshments.

Great shop that sells almost everything. Sadly, back when it was built they decided that natural light wasn't a necessity so it does feel quite dark and dingy. If the Carluccio's within can make itself feel light and airy, I think Bentall's should be able to manage it too.

Cool place with lots of shops. It being conveniently located across the street from where we stayed made it a daily stop for us. It's got everything you need and reasonable prices.
