Careful with used cars here, especially if it s a brand they don t sell new. I bought an Audi that after the test drive they agreed to fix several items, including a broken arm rest console. On the drive home it broke again. I asked for and received a 30 day/1000 mile warranty. I waited 3 days for the car to get it s repairs only to wait another 3 hours at pickup for them to replace a battery. Fast forward: less than 500 miles later the brake light malfunctioned and a short while later the check engine light came on. I had already spent $300 on the car getting it checked over by a local Audi specialist (Benson s suggestion), but in addition to the LED brake light the car needed a new thermostat assembly and turbo valve, a total of $1080. After grumbling, questioning, and denying, Benson is sending me a check for $300. So their warranty isn t worth much, is it? I m sure they do fine with car models they know, but if it is a luxury brand, don t trust them. (Did I mention that I paid cash at their asking price? So it wasn t that they lost their nice profit at the sale.)
Highly recommend going to see Kenneth Morgan in the service department if you need service work. He was very helpful and attentive and kept me updated on what was going on with my car.

Would not honor KBB car buying value. Sat up there for 30 minutes and they said they wouldn't even buy the car. Left there and went to Parks Buick which is another KBB car buying program. They gave me more than what KBB offered me. It was a perfectly fine car, and now Parks has the chance to make some money off of it. Benson missed out.

Went to Benson Chrysler Dodge because I wanted to see what they were offering for me to trade my 2014 Laramie. What a joke that a 2018 Ram Laramie has nothing new to offer. No lane assist, no adaptive cruise control, no anti-collision braking absolutely nothing new in 5 years. The 2014, 15, 16, 17 & 18 are the same. What idiot would want to trade for the same thing. I didn't even see a new truck color that was better than what I have.
I gave 3 stars because they have a good truck and I will keep buying them as long as the quality is great. In 13 years of owning 2 Ram trucks I have never taken one in for anything other than routine maintenance.
They don't get 5 stars because they keep making the same thing over and over, that's boring.
I hear the 2019's will have a 12" screen and all the above missing advancements in safety. Let's just hope they'll have some cool colors to choose from.

They weaseled out of the deal they presented to us. They gave us an out-the-door quote, and when we agreed and started moving forward with the transaction, they raised the price on us by a $1000. They said they had made a mistake and refused to stand behind their quote and honor their word. Won't deal with a company that won't stand behind their word.
Reply: Sir, I don't know what you're going on about. You presented us with a bottom line, out the door price for the rig. We stepped away and talked it over, and when we came back to accept your offer and moved forward, you weaseled out of the deal you offered to us.

I experienced a major breakdown with my Ram truck. I work in outside sales and depend on my vehicle to earn my living. I contacted the local dealer where I purchased the truck and was told they may can get to me in 2 weeks. I felt pretty abandoned. I contacted Anthony Bull at Benson. He said they were booked out as well but he understood my issue. Anthony had me bring my truck and he was able to work it in to their work load. The end result was Anthony and his mechanics were able to diagnose the problem, repair it under a warranty that I didn t even know that I had, and have me back in my truck in 3 days. Obviously, Anthony and the folks at Benson understand that customer service is the key to business. They took care of me and I wasnt even a customer at the time. That s a lesson the folks under the flag on the motor mile could use. Anthony and Benson earned a new customer today.

This place is well deserving of the great reviews it has. I got a check engine light on my truck while passing through the area on a weekend. Even with a much reduced crew, they were able to run the code on a Saturday and set me up with an appointment to have it fixed. My original appointment was Wednesday (again, because of the small crew due to Covid), but Tricia was able to work her magic to get my truck looked at on Monday morning instead. Steve kept in touch with me through the process and worked out the warranty coverage and Josh set me up with a very suitable rental so I wouldn t be stuck at our camper while we waited.
These folks are dealing with some really unpredictable situations in a very professional and pleasant manner and while I d rather not have to drop my truck off at the dealership to get it worked on at all, they made it as painless as possible.
