Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the best car dealership that I have ever dealt with! I have bought my last 4 vehicles from Benson and I always come away from experience feeling like I ve gotten a more than fair deal. I ve never felt pressured into buying a car and they ve always been upfront and honest with me the couple of times we couldn t make a deal work. If you are in need of a new vehicle, go to Benson and ask for Mike Conroy. He s a great salesperson and I won t buy a car from anyone else.

RJ did a wonderful job. He was able to find me exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. We worked the whole deal remote and he had everything done when I pulled up. Only had to sign the paperwork. This is my fourth car from Benson. I will not buy from anyone else. Five stars all the way!

I worked for Benson Chrysler in their parts department. This is a very unprofessional place to work. While working with Benson's I endured targeting, bullying, and written religious and sexual harassment. I made MANY complaints to Charles (my immediate supervisor) He stated he would "do everything in his power to make it stop".. And nothing was done about it. I was harassed repeatedly by someone writing gay slurs on my personal items and watched as technicians simulated gay sex and groped other technicians in front of me which was very uncomfortable to watch. My coworkers also saw this and just laughed it off instead of asking them to stop. Since the written slurs kept happening I made a complaint again to Charles and again he said he would investigate. After it happening a 3rd time I had a meeting between myself and my parts manager. He promised me that he would get to the bottom of it and he was aware that it was happening .I'm assuming Charles did not tell him the first 3 times it happened. After the 4th time and the blowup with Tommy The GM Chris Bensch was notified of the situation... (After months of dealing with this was the GM finally told) ... The parts and service managers had a meeting with the technicians requesting they stop the written harassment. This only made things worse and I became the target for the shop foreman Tommy. He was soooo angry for such a petty reason so I knew why he was really targeting me..
He accused me of not sending him a list of RO's (work orders) for the night crew. I had already sent the list to him and verified that through Charles that I did infact send Tommy the list. Tommy was so angry he was shaking and blinking like a crazy person. I told him many times that it is not a big deal and no worries that I will resend him the list and that word "resend" set him off saying I had a bad attitude when I was actually trying to calm him down. He was angry because they had to have a meeting regarding me. After going home that day in tears I decided that the abuse and harassment is not worth it and the next morning I turned in my two week notice. I just felt so defeated... I posted what happened to me in a review on Benson's Facebook page and it was immediately removed by the company. I have posted this information in many places because I refuse to let this business walk all over me after how I was treated while employed. Then I received a letter from an attorney asking me to stop writing "defamatory and slander" on social media... The letter states I only let them know about the harassment one time after turning in my notice and that is a blatant lie. I have audio recording of each time I made a complaint all the way back to December and January. Literally from day one at Benson's I was having to clean because the parts department was the nastiest place I had ever worked.. I have photos of this place and they look like photos of a junk yard. The hording of items by the parts manager and assistant manager was taking over the parts department. I have made many requests to speak with Mr. Benson himself but he refuses to speak with me. I was hoping to let him know what all was going on in his dealership because I firmly believe that they are not letting him know. And for the record Benson's attorney doesn't scare me. I will NEVER be silent about Bullying, targeting, and harassment of any kind. I have only spoken the truth. I have not lied and I have photos and audio recordings proving my statements.
So Benson's before you say that someone "only made one complaint regarding harassment" be sure they were not recording you each time they made a complaint.

I custom ordered a Grand Cherokee Summit. The expected delivery was 6-12 weeks but it arrived in less than 3 weeks! Nice to see your name in the sticker "made for (my name)" ! Got the exterior color I wanted and the interior package too. The vehicle standard package included nearly everyoption one could imagine. This is the best car buying experience you could ever expect, from the presale handling by the sales staff, to calls from the dealership owner following delivery, to calls from Chrysler Jeep to help answer any questions post sale. I would recommend Benson Chrysler to everyone.

This is the second vehicle we have bought from Benson. We bought a Dodge Charger Daytona in 2017 and we just picked up our 2019 Ram 1500 on Sunday. Kelby McCoy was fantastic. We have been looking at the Jeep Cherokee for awhile. I went to Benson's first to do some "looking" and was meet by Will Moore. I looked and left with some info. I decided to look at another local dealer and one in WNC. When it came time to buy there was no other choice but to buy at Benson Jeep and use Will as our salesman. He was patient (my wife doesn't like car salesmen but really liked Will). He answered all the questions, got us a deal we could live with and helped after the sale. I would recommend taking a trip to Greer, SC to visit Benson's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I would also recommend calling ahead and asking for the services of Mr. Eben McCauley. Eben is a second generation car salesman; knowledgeable, patient, and reserved. He worked hard to make sure I was satisfied.

I had found a vehicle that I was interested in on their website.
So I called and made an appointment with Randall Hill. I had purchased a vehicle from him previously and I was very happy with him from that purchase, so I wanted to bring him in on this inquiry. To make it brief, Randall did not disappoint me this time either. I decided to purchase the vehicle after agreeing on a price after a very short time. I drove away in my new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk a happy customer again. I reccomend Bensons and Randall Hill for your next vehicle purchase before you purchase elsewhere. Others advertise lowest prices, but Benson's has delivered the lowest price from my experiences.

When my wife and I bought her brand new 2015 Dodge Dart, they pushed and pushed for us to buy the extended warrantee to cover bumper to bumper to 60,000 miles instead of the 30,000. Come to find out, that "extended warrantee" does not cover anything. There is a rattle in the motor of the car and we took it to them to fix it. They told us it is not covered by the warrantee and we have to foot the bill to fix the car. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership again!!!

Beware to those that are thinking about buying a vehicle from them. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTEE!! IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING. THE WARRANTEE WILL RUN OUT AT 30,000 REGARDLESS.
