Went to buy a new truck to pull our RV. Didn't want to be at the dealership all day. Called and talked to Robert Garcia. Had us in and out with a new truck in two hours. Easiest transaction we ever had when buying a vehicle. We got a good deal and the payment we wanted. We have bought all our vehicles from Benson but one and we learned our lesson. We will never buy from anyone else. And Robert is a great salesman! No bs just straight and to the point, very helpfull! I brought my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to be to be serviced twice for the same issue. The van had been jerking and struggling to shift gears. I was in NC when it jerked so harshly that it stopped shifting past 1st gear. Benson flushed the transmission fluid and sent me home. The van continued jerking and struggled to shift, so I brought it back in and was told it was perfectly fine. I asked them to check again only to be told the same thing. I'm now stranded over 400 miles away and Chrysler refuses to have my van shipped back to Benson. I have to wait for my van to be serviced and was told that it may take several days before they'll be able to look at it. My kids are now going to have to miss school, I'm having to pay for extra hotel nights and a rental car while I wait to be able to take my van home. I will never purchase a Dodge again. Warranties are pointless if the dealership is going to ignore issues with your vehicle and then leave you stranded when it was THEIR mistake.

Benson offers a fair price with very limited haggling. They seem to have customers in mind and are focused on great service. Will Moore was tremendously helpfu and professional without pressure or any other car salesman tactics. We will definitely look to use him again in the future.

No excessive pressure, just helpful information. Ask for Randall. We have also been very satisfied with the service department. Great place for oil changes and new tires.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! These people will add an extended warranty on to your contract after you have negotiated. If you insist on going to this place, good luck. Read your contract multiple times and Trust nothing they say. This happened at this location and the one in Easley as well. Not once, but twice.

I had only been to Bensons once before and didn t have a good experience at their old facility. After being referred to RJ by a friend I figured I would give it another chance. I was pleasantly surprised!!! The new facility was beautiful and extremely clean. RJ was probably the best salesman I have ever had to deal with! He knew his product and took the time to learn his buyer. I got the deal I wanted and his expertise made it all possible. We also didn t have to sit there all day, he had the deal done and the trade appraised all within a 3 hour period and we were out the door with a new Jeep! I would buy another car from RJ and would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable sales person!

I arrived this morning for a recall on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trail hawk and I waited on it while the required service was being done. Several of the service employees greeted me and asked how I was doing. Anthony did the required paper work and personally took me to the waiting room. There is coffee there plus some really delicious treats. Also a large TV is also there to view while you wait. My appointment was at 8:10 this morning and time expected to do the job was 30 minutes but it actually only took 22 minutes. I have spent longer than that at other service departments just getting signed in and having to search for the waiting room myself. This service department has great personnel with Jerius the service mananger and Brad the assistant manager and Tommy the head Tech and fully trained techs trained to perform any service your vehicle may need. They also will take you home if you need to leave your vehicle with them. They will come to your reaidence and take you back when your service is completed. Very few service departments come and get you once they take you home....guess those expect you to walk or hitch hike. Only two words sums up this service department. THE BEST

I will not be buying from your dealership. You all advertised it on Carfax for 10,000 I went and looked at it I told the salesman I was going through my credit union and needed price and paperwork to show the credit union. he asked if I was putting a down payment on it I stated I would and told how much when I got the paper work the down payment that I had told him was added to the price of the Jeep Grand Cherokee I explained I was giving that to my bank he stated that was the price higher than what was advertised. That is poor business and false advertising. I am extremely upset and will let everyone know the manipulation and lies of Benson Chrysler in Greer do not buy from there it's ashame to do people wrong like they do people. my mistake was telling him my down payment to my bank.

Flew in from Cleveland Oh. to purchase a used 2014 Honda Ridgeline. This was the best car buying experience in over 40 years of car buying. From my first conversation with Tim Cousins I knew this was the place to make my purchase. He picked my wife and I up at the airport, the truck was better than I could have imagined. After a quick drive we signed our paperwork and where on the road in about an hour. Tim phoned us on our way back to make sure everything was going well. We were looking for a JKU so I would have something more comfortable. We stopped and looked at a barely used 2016, took it for a test drive and went home sort out of undecided but after thinking about it we contacted Mike Kulla and he had all paperwork ready deal was made over the phone went in signed and drove home. Bought a car almost two years ago. Was told it would be $10,000 out the door. I had never bought a car from a dealer before, so I just assumed what they said was what they meant. I signed all the paperwork while they talked my ears off and when I started making payments it turned out they charged me $14,000+. My car, less than two years later, is worth $200-$2000 when they charged me $14,000 for it. They were incredibly dishonest and I would never recommend them or use them ever again. I wish 0 Stars was an option.

So far things are good, very good. I could have saved a lot of time if I have of came here first.

If you're looking for a good deal with no pushy sales person who's honest and at the same time looking to take care of your business, ask for Randall Hill He's awesome, respectful and up front. I really have had several positive experiences dealing with him. Of course there're things that he cannot do, but he is good in negotiating with the sales manager and match the price. He's knowledgeable and you easily recognize he knows what he's doing.

After a few days of multiple dealerships we ended up at Benson. First we didn't have the "vultures" attacking us as we got out of our vehicle, which was a plus. Once we were ready to look at a vehicle we met Bill "superman". He was great! We were able to get a great deal and the process was very smooth. All of the staff was very professional. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them based on my experience today!

What an awesome buying experience!!! After a terrible experience at a dealership in Columbia, I decided to check the upstate. I will not regret this decision. Chris Collins created an unbeatable deal over the phone for a Jeep Wrangler that went above my expectations. After sealing the deal he passed my case to Bill Sudemann for the HARD WORK. He was a wonderful salesperson. I have never had a salesperson take such a personal interest in my sale, when I will pick it up, and even the little extras to make me feel like the deal was extra special. I had a bit of trouble getting to get the jeep because of my location in the state and Hurricane Harvey, but I could rest assured that it was waiting for me when I could get there. What a relief! I would like to thank Robbie Miller from Benson CDJR for having the 2500 Ram Mega Cab with Ramboxe's I'd been searching for, for the past 6 months. If your in the market for a new dodge vehicle go to Benson and no where else. I've bought several dodges from this store over the last few years, and each transaction has always been a great experience. I went and met with Randall hill on the way to work Friday and drove a few cars. He took the information on my trade in and I went on to work. By the evening I had told him which vehicle I wanted, and told him to call me first thing in the morning with a price. Randall called me first thing Saturday morning gave me top dollar for my trade, and gave me a better deal then anyone else for the 2017 Journey I was buying. My wife and I arrived at the dealership at 6 Saturday evening, and we were driving off in our new car by 7:30. Absolutely no pressure and not the typical games dealers play. Benson blows everyone else out of the water.

No pressure and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He s even done something no other dealership has ever done. HE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED UP after the sale. I usually have to chase sales people down.
