Robbie was very helpful with out putting pressure on us to buy. We ended up buying a jeep from him and my daughter also bought one from him.

Mike Kulla worked diligently to put us into the car we wanted. He new the proper paths to take even though i thought i would take my own. Ended up having to do what he suggested the 1st time to get the car. Thanks Mike Kulla

I had an absolutely amazing experience at benson! I went in to buy a Jeep Wrangler and after careful consideration Robert Garcia gave us the right information to find the right jeep for me. I 100% recommend going to benson and speaking with Robert, it helped a lot that he spoke Spanish as well and made the car buying experience very easy. I'm super happy with my Jeep Wrangler!

Walked in and told my salesman Will Moore exactly what I was looking. He showed me a few vehicles and pricing. I decided on a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. He never pushed for anything more than I could afford. He was very professional and honest, which now days is hard to find honesty. I will be doing more business with him in the future.

Just recently bought a jeep cherokee from here. They are really eager to work with you on price. And the sales staff don't seem predatory like in other place that I have visited recently.

I am so happy I decided to stop into Benson. My husband and I just had our first child and new we needed more space. I have had my eye on a Jeep for a long time but hadn t pulled the trigger because of some negative equity I had in my previous vehicle. Jonathan England was amazing. He was patient and listened to my desires showed me around the lot and really did his best to understand my likes and dislikes. Everyone dreads the write up and getting numbers but Jonathan made it seamless and quick, he took to the managers exactly what I needed to get the deal done and we were shaking hands within 10 minutes! This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I ve had (and I ve bought A LOT of vehicles). Benson Jeep and Jonathan England just earned repeat business and I recommend them 100%!!

I found a vehicle online that I was wanting to purchase. I worked with Jimmy over email and phone to setup the process of coming in to purchase the vehicle as well as obtain as much information as I could beforehand. I traveled from Wisconsin to Greer and was picked up by staff at the airport for a ride over to the dealership. I was treated to great customer service and able to be in and out within 20 minutes. They never steered me wrong in what was being offered or could be done, and went one step further as well to make sure i was taken care of. You can't ask for much better service in the purchasing of a vehicle from them.

What a breath of fresh air!
During this buying process we have experienced unethical pricing practices and poor quality cars (that were supposedly certified ) at other dealers. And even Bait and Switch rates at the credit union. On this evening, we drove a preowned car at another lot, and found 2 of water in the tire compartment. We visited Benson to compare prices of New vs Used and were surprised that tha New ones were only a few thousand more.
We were treated like family. Randall Hill was a very professional Salesperson that was experienced and not pushy. Eddie Weeks, the Business Manager, was a pro and also treated us fairly and professionally. Good people !!

Kelby McCoy took great care of us a couple of months ago when looking for a hellcat. Didn't land on the cat but got the scatpack and he worked the deal like a champ.

I just called about a leak in the sunroof of my jeep. I was told it would be 3 weeks before I could get in or I can just go find another dealer. Perhaps a better customer service would be to offer to try and get the jeep in as time allows or maybe even help reach out to another dealer to help a long time customer? Benson will sale you a car in a heartbeat but make ZERO effort to help you out after, hell of a disappointment! Luckily I called Spartanburg Jeep and they offered to work it in as soon as possible or give me a lead to BIG O. Shouldn t the dealer that has sold me 3 Jeeps in 4 years tried to help the same? I didn t ask to bump another customer or special treatment, just see if you can work in it in or not tell me to find another dealer Avoid Benson and shop Spartanburg Jeep!

Update: Got the call from Chris (GM) that initially attempted to correct the issue but didn t really seem to see the customer point of view. That being said if you are a customer with an issue I d try him first but we would still recommend caution with Benson!

Steve Addington did a fine job helping my daughter purchase a car!

Worked with Steve Addington as a repeat customer with him. I was purchasing on the used lot this time and he helped make the deal complete by getting to a fair sale price, he committed to getting the truck cleaned up and fumigated as well as change out the truck cabin filter to remediate the smoker smell from the truck. He also worked to get a factory car jack for he truck as it did not have one during test drives and prior to ownership. Steve also came to the lot on his day off to work on negotiating the deal with me and in house management. At the end of the day Steve made this a great experience.

Jimmy Anderson lied to me on a used car that was for sale today. I was driving 2 hours from NC to purchase this car. I called him this morning at 10am to make sure it was available BEFORE I made the long trip.He told me it was available and that he would take it off the internet and save it for me when I got there. So I got in my car, took a half day off from work and got there at 14:30. I walk in the door sit down with a salesman, tell him why I was there and tell him I m ready to look at the car. The salesman then tells me they just sold the car 10 minutes before I walked in. This is not a way to treat customers and have good customer service. I just wasted a half day. He wasted MY time and I was furious and had to drive my car I was trading in another 2 hours back home.

My salesman's name was Steven Addington, and words are no justice to tell about what turned out to be my best experience ever regarding the purchasing of an automobile. I got a very reasonable deal on a jeep that had all of my preferences. Steven was very knowledgeable and courteous. I rate Steven and the people that I interacted with at this dealership with as many stars as are allowed in the rating system.

Highly recommend this dealership! I found the car online the same day went up there a hour before closing and drove off the lot within the hour! Definition of fast! Most painless buying experience, which helped because this was my first financed vehicle! I will definitely be returning when it s time for a upgrade! My salesman MALAK was the bomb, go see him! I usually do not take the time to complain. However, today was my second time dealing with the service department and again I left feeling like my business would be much more appreciated else where. I purchased my vehicle here and I felt that I should keep my vehicle maintained here. Both of my visit I felt unwelcomed and not the least important. I notice small things being done to others that they don't think twice about with me. I've made up my mind that my monet would be better spent elsewhere.

I took my car to get it serviced somewhere else and called here and informed them what was going on with my car and was told to bring it in. I have a 2008 Dodge changer and Benson has done all my oil changes, so I thought I would give them a try with other services since the other place couldn't find out what was wrong with my car. Anthony Bull, took care of me. He even gave me a ride him when they were closing because I didn't have a way. He updated me through out the day on the process of my car. Not only did he work with us to purchase our Jeep, but was ,and still is, working with us with customer service request. He is there when you call him on his cell ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We are repeat customers and will continue to be repeat customers in the future. All the staff members were extremely polite.

I had a great experience when I purchased my Ram 1500 from this place, so I figured I'd bring it back for an oil change. The service writer scheduled us for 10 AM today. My husband and I showed up at 9:50 AM for the appointment only to find a sign on the door advising they would be closed today. When we asked a salesman outside, he just shrugged his shoulders and brushed us off. This is not the same experience we had during purchase. We are EXTREMELY disappointed in this customer service and will not come here again for service. A courtesy call back to let us know they would actually be closed today would have been great instead of wasting our time.

Kept us up to date on the status of working on our vehicle but that do try to up sale you on maintenance
