I love this Dealership!!! This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased in 7 years. Great prices and staff.... especially my salesperson Butch Griffin .....GO STEELERS!!..

I called these guys and told they exactly what I was looking for. They found the truck that I was looking for and beat everyone else's price by $3,000. He took the time out to map out the expected monthly payments as well as our chances of approval before attempting to run our credit application. He even told our options for our best chance for getting an approval. Fast forwarding ... today my husband and I are picking up our brand new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Mojoito.

Free oil change means you only get a half way job acoording to customer service lady before she hung up on me. They didnt even notice that coolant was almost out wich is very questionable since the jeep was just bought new

I took my car to the service center because of a recall that needed to be done on it. My passenger side window has not been working, since November...but the window was up, so I wasn't in a hurry to fix it because I rarely need to use it and it is a "$360" fix. I did ask about the regulator and asked for an estimate because my window did stop working and eventually wanted to fix it one day...my biggest pet peeve, though, is that I specifically told them that I did not want them to do anything, I just wanted to plan my finances according to the estimate and do the repair when it fit my schedule best. I was very clear that all I wanted done right now was the recall.

I heard nothing about if it was done or not. Not to mention, that when I called about bringing it on friday, they told me that the recall would take 1.5 hours, so I planned accordingly, brought my backpack and was going to do homework. They had conveniently forgotten to ask if my car was a manual transmission, so when I arrived, they said it would actually take 5 hours because it was a manual. So I left it, had them drive me home (a 30 minute trip) and thought they would finish on saturday and let me know. No call on saturday, and when I called to find out the status, they had already closed a half hour before....at 3pm. I sat on hold, though, because when I asked to be transferred to the service department, they didn't bother telling me that the service department closes earlier than all other departments on saturday...and there was no "leave a voicemail option" just the "we are sorry that you are on hold, your call will be answered according to your order in the que".

So, because the were closed on Sunday...I then had to find alternative transportation to my 6am bus ride to Clemson. I got a text that morning with about 2k worth of work that it "needs", to include the window regulator...but still no notice that the recall was complete. I called after my 12 hour school day, to ask if it was finished and after 10 minutes on hold waiting for the right person, the guy was like "yeah, I sent you a text about the window regulator price this morning, did you want to have that done?" I said no, not yet (and then started to cringe as I feared the worst...maybe they had let the window down on it and were hoping I wanted the fix so they didn't have to worry about putting it back up). I told him that I would be picking it up in about an hour or so and he said that they close at 6 and that he would have the guys get the car ready and bring it around. My husband and I drove 30 minutes to pick it up. They were, of course, very friendly and gave me the key and paperwork to sign. I was relieved to be leaving with my car...but when I arrived home (in the rain) the window was down about 2 inches on the passenger side. I find it very ironic that for 3 months, my window stayed up just fine and when I get home...it magically can't stay up on it's own.

I will specifically not get it fixed there...because they (though friendly) have wasted enough of my time and energy. What was originally supposed to be a "1.5 hour fix" ended up being 3 days without my car and a $300 out of pocket, much sooner than expected, fix. I say $300...because that is what someone very well known, with EXCELLENT reviews in town quoted me...$60 cheaper then this service center.

This was our first purchase with Benson and our salesman Kelby. We were able to complete the deal over the phone so after a short visit to complete paperwork we drove our new vehicle home. We contacted a number of dealers closer to where we live but ended up finding the best deal at Benson which is 1.5 hours from where we live.

Dennis worked so hard to get me the best deal possible! I highly recommended him if your looking to get the best out of your trade.

I was shopping for a new 2020 RAM 1500 "Limited" and chose to visit three (3) of the highest volume and most popular RAM Dealers in North and South Carolina. Of the 3 Dealers, I selected Benson RAM in Greer, SC and their excellent Sales Representative, RJ Gist. Hands down, this was the "right decision"!! Benson handled the entire process in an efficient and professional manner as did RJ. RJ was polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. We arrived at a fair price and I placed an order for my RAM. Six weeks later it arrived just as they said it would. RJ notified me as soon as it arrived complete with pictures. If you want the most pleasant vehicle buying experience ever at a fair price, choose Benson in Greer, SC and ask for RJ Gist. He will treat you right!! And, for icing on the cake, they will be moving into their brand new Dealership just across the Road before the end of the year.

I purchased a Dodge Journey today. Randal and Jonathan were great. They remembered what I was looking for from months ago. The purchase was very easy and enjoyable . This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Jonathan Ruby and Randall Hill . They really are tuned in to the needs of the buyer. I recommend them with 5 stars

So I was throughly impressed with my experience here at Benson! I've been a Toyota truck guy for a while but was swept off my feet with the 2020 Ram Rebel. The interior features, cab spaciousness, power, and off road physiques really resonated with me. We needed the upgrade for towing a camper, and this truck is like a Tacoma on steroids! Will Moore really helped keep everything smooth from technical explanations to test driving to signing papers. Plus I never felt pushed into a deal. Eddie in finance was great too! Might just have to get my wife a vehicle here soon.

I was initially impressed with the professionalism shown by a member of their sales team when I called. Connor was very helpful and answered all questions I had about the vehicle I was interested in. My time at the dealership was only soured by how long the total process took, but it was an overall pleasant trip. My only advice is to avoid financing through their offices, as the offered rate was triple what a local bank provided. Be smart and this place will treat you right!

The next day, I got a text from RJ Gist, asking how he could help. Ive been here for service a few times and can say ive never had a problem with the staff trying to play any games with me. Everyone is always friendly. I recently took my car in for a ticking noise coming from the engine. I have a powertrain warranty and I was waiting for them to try and get out of doing repairs but nothing. They performed the repairs no questions asked. I didnt even mention my warranty. I would definitely recommend this dealer over big o dodge any day.
