John was very helpful in choosing the right car that would best for my needs. I highly recommend going to Benson and asking for John. I am highly satisfied with the customer service I received and all the help and information I got from all the working employees at Benson!

I'm so glad I never have to use Benson's services again. Brad (one of the managers in the service department) was condescending and rude to me during the weeks that my car was there. I was also working with Anthony, who was at least friendly. But between the two of them, I was told incorrect and conflicting information several times. They tried to take shortcuts on the work my car needed and thought they could get away with it because I'm a woman and I don't know much about cars. They told me that the main issue with my car was resolved, but they found something major that needed to be replaced (something they missed during another recent visit), and so they charged me for this part, and it turns out that my car wasn't fixed. The day after I took it home it broke down again. They never should have charged me for another part if they weren't sure that my car was okay (and they weren't sure, because the check engine light was on). When I expressed concern about taking it home because the check engine light was on, they basically said "it's probably fine, but bring it back if it stops working." The next day I had to get it towed back. The final thing I had done was have them change my tires from one vehicle to another (something they initially told me was impossible, but when my dad asked them to do it they said okay). I drove it for a few days and kept hearing something funny from one of the tires, so I had another shop look at it. One of the tires was extremely loose. I feel incredibly unsafe using their services, and I don't like being lied to and talked down to. I will never go to them again.

Went in with my fiance to find him a new car. Upon signing, papers were pushed at me and I was told to sign as his cosigner. However, we get our first statements and packets in the mail for the car and everything is in my name. They don't even have my fiance in the system when I called to ask about it. It's hitting my credit, going on my bank statements, and everything is in my name and I'm not even the one driving the car. I call to talk to Dale, who sold us the car, and all I got was an attitude over the phone because he realized he had taken us through a process without ever explaining these things to us, like who's name it would be in. I've never had anyone cosign for me and them end up getting all the mail and information for it. He was less than friendly, didn't seem interested at all in trying to help me find a solution or option, and cut me off everytime I tried to explain my concerns politely.
Originally I was going to go back to him when I bought the jeep renegade I was looking at. But after this experience, I don't even be going back to that same dealership. I'll be taking my business to a salesman that doesn't lie to people to make commission.

Probably the Best dealership there is. Steve Addington is the man. My sister ended up walking in there just to take a look, and ended up driving off the lot with a brand new 2017 Jeep. Steve took the time to break things down and made sure we understood everything before we walked out the door. He is definitly some one I will be buying from again. Eddie Weeks, the finance manager is amazing too! He lowered the monthly payment, went over and explained every thing to us paper work wise. I'm a first time buyer, so I was pretty confused. He made sure we got the best payment plan, and took his time going through the paper work with us. He is definitly a man that we can count on. Steve Addington and Eddie Weeks have made the car purchasing process 100x easier. Any time I need a new vehicle, I know exactly who I am going to go see!

Mr.Conroy (polar bear) is a good sales rep. Helpful sales rep. He had help us find a vehicle suitable for our needs and he manage to actually work with us and actually wanted our business. Not one of these people that wants our money. He actually wanted to work with us and found a way to help us out.

I've been doing business with Benson Chrysler for 4 years and 2 vehicles (make that 3 tomorrow) and servicing them there. The honesty and integrity of the service department are by far the best I've used. The sales side works hard at finding the vehicle that I want, not want they want to sell me.

I had a Ram previously and it had recently been totaled out. I walked into Benson looking for the same deal I had before. Dennis Wright got me in a slightly better vehicle for the same monthly payment I had before.

I've purchased six vehicles from Benson Dodge in Greer and Dell Burns is the only man you need to see! Dell is as friendly as they come, and knows the car you need even before you do. He doesn't beat around the bush. You tell him what needs to happen and he makes it happen! He even took my father in law fishing weeks after Dell had already sold him a car. Benson's is great, but Dell Burns is the best.

Gerry was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us the most detailed description/explanation of the gestures of the car that we have ever had.

I've been all over the internet searching for months for a low mileage 2020 Hyundai Palisade and finally found one close to home. Went to see it on Saturday, it was perfect.. As I was negotiating a deal that included a trade, another buyer who had previously seen the same car bought it. Before I left the dealership's lot, I found the exact color combination, a 2021 with less than 2,500 miles, at Benson's.

Called and talked to Connor Gaffney, described the situation, sent pics of my trade and we got close enough to the numbers I was looking to achieve within a couple hours,, but had to sleep on it. Benson's is closed Sundays and when I sent a text to Connor that I would accept, didn't expect a response until Monday. But he did respond, and drove my trade the hour, 45 minutes up this morning arriving at 10:20a Connor was gracious, honest and made the entire experience as easy as it gets. I was back on the road before 11 and couldn't be happier.

I would highly recommend Benson's and for Connor Gaffney. Class dealership!

Went there to buy a car and wasn't even assisted, I was excused away and told to come back another day when my husband was available . Went to Kia of Greer the same day and bought a car right away. Went again with my sister who bought a use vehicle and the head gasket blew in less than a year. Not impressed.

Me and my husband dropped out car off with the service dept because it wouldn t start. We were able to work with two very knowledgeable guys Kelby and Kenneth. We got our vehicle back in a timely manner and the cost was not bad at all! I had a great experience and enjoyed the level of customer service both men had!

Scheduled an appointment two weeks before to have some warranty work done. Showed up for my 8 am appointment and when I came back, at 4:30 pm, I was told they weren't sure what was the matter with my truck. Later I was told they were short staffed (other family members have been told the same story on different days) and hadn't been able to look at it. I was asked to bring it back the following day at 8 am. They ended up only fixing one of the issues and said they weren't sure how to fix the other two issues.

Could not be happier with my experience with Benson Dodge in Greer. Bill S is such a knowledgeable salesman, who helped me find the vechicle to fit my style and desire. The finance team and service center also exceeded my expectations. Fast and friendly, and always honest! Wouldn't shop elsewhere!

Benson has to be doing something right. We just took delivery of our 7th vehicle from them, and it is due to a number of things. First, the folks there treat us like a member of their family. They do no rush, no stress dealing with us. Our sales rep, Randall Hill, has been consistently fantastic and always makes us feel welcome and important. Even the folks in the service department and the business office have been great. We expect to keep our latest vehicle for quite some time, but if and when we are ready again, we are going back to Benson for sure!

RJ was amazing. Very personable. He is a valued member of your team and made my first car buying experience great!

******Edit: It s been 3 weeks since I bought the car and my trade is still not paid off. They asked for a 10 day now these lying used car salesman are saying they ask for 21 day payoff... the other day it was 20 day payoff. They just want to get you in the door and offer no support and a run around after the sale. Now I know why they ask you to review them right after you get the car. BUYER BEWARE! Stopped by on Sunday and Mike kelluah was there with another customer. Offered what help he could as they are usually closed on Sunday. Came back Thursday and checked out the car. Made a deal and took it home. Easy to deal with. Had everything ready for pickup when I returned. Smooth deal.

I spoke with Butch on the phone and he sounded like a stand up guy. I drove two hours when I could have driven 10 mins down the road. It was worth the drive and I will continue to do business and send business to them (Butch Griffin).

Mike Polar Bear Conroy, salesman, was down to earth and very friendly. We didn't expect to buy a vehicle today but left with one. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We were at another dealership and felt very pressured and they were difficult to work with. Not the case at Benson! Benson was an easy choice for getting our business.

Bought my 2016 Dodge Charger from Bill Justice.Same year went back and bought my 2016 Challenger R/T shaker and a month ago and went back and bought a 2017 Charger Daytona! Awesome customer service Justice was very helpful with answering all our questions and never tried to talk us into something else. Hints the reason we have bought 3 cars from him in the past 2 years. I was so anxious about deciding what type of vehicle I needed for my family. So I came to Benson of Greer and dealt with Dell Burns. I calmed down immediately, he was so helpful and respectful. He told me ab many options for financing a vehicle even though my credit isn't the best, I've got a pretty good score. He didn't make me feel pressured or anything about buying a car. We recently purchased a new Jeep from Benson, it was a great experience. I was in the market for new truck and test drove a Tundra, Titan, Ridgeline, Tacoma, Ranger, Wrangler and Gladiator. On Saturday we test drove a Wrangler and Gladiator at another dealership but they did not have a good selection and we did not like the salesperson. Sunday we went to the dealership in Spartanburg (they were closed) and then at Benson (also closed) to window shop and found two the Jeeps we were most interested in at Benson.

Monday we walked into Benson and Kelby McCoy was the first person to great us. We had already talked to Chris Bensch on the phone based on a friend s recommendation and he said Kelby would be a great salesperson for us. He was right.

Kelby was exceptionally knowledgeable about the Jeeps, not just what was in the manual and what they taught him but with hands on experience. I had done my research and having already test driven similar Jeeps I knew what to expect. Kelby gave us straight answers and did not try the hard sell like other salespeople had. He customized the test drive so that we could focus on the features that we were really interested in. He did not make us feel pressured, he focused on what we were looking for.

Everyone we dealt with that day was great.

A big plus was that everyone wore a mask during our interactions. At the first Jeep dealer we went to the salesperson did not wear a mask at first. I had to tell him twice to put one on or to get another salesperson.

I would highly recommend Kelby and Benson.
