WHERE DO I START...WOW AMAZING GROUP OF GUYS!!!! FROM THE START OF CALLING ON THE PHONE, GIVING MINIMUM INFORMATION THEY TOOK WHAT THEY HAD AND MADE EVERYTHING WORK! UPON ARRIVAL THEY ALL WERE ABSOLUTLEY GREAT GENTLEMAN.THEY MADE ME FEEL SAFE AND SECUERE WITH MAKING THE PURCHASE OF MY DAUGHTERS CAR. I EVEN CRIED....AND ROBBIE GAVE ME SOMETHING TO WIPE MY FACE WITH. (GREAT GUY) ALSO HE GAVE MY 21 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER ADVICE ON HOW TO CONTINUE TO PAY HER BILLS TO KEEP HER CREDIT A1.... Easiest car buying experience ever! After spending a day each at 2 other dealerships without being able to come to an agreement on price I called Benson and spoke with Robbie. I told him what I wanted and he called me back after 10 minutes with a price that beat the others. I really appreciated that we didnt have to play the game of going out and back to the sales manager. Very happy!

AMAZING. If you guys go to the Benson dealership, ask for Mike to help you. He is the greatest salesman ever and will be straight up and will not lie to you. Got there looked around for about 15 minutes no one ever came out or offered to show us anything so we left went to a different dealership and bought two cars really would not recommend this dealership if you want customer service

I purchased a car from butch Griffin , outstanding experience his knowledge of the vehicle was extraordinary the sales process was the best I felt no pressure at all to buy I would recommend butch to anyone looking to buy a car. His manager Don Looney was a great help in getting the deal done. I was truly impressed by the large inventory of vehicles on site , I was so impressed that when my daughter was looking to purchase a vehicle I told her to make sure that Bensons was at the top of her list and that when she visits Bensons make sure to ask for butch because I have the utmost faith that butch would treat her fairly and get her into a car that she could afford as fate would have it she wound up purchasing a brand-new Camry she got an awesome deal My family will always recommend Butch to anyone buying a car!!!

Showed up to see what kind of a deal I could get on a new charger. Had already worked a deal at the used lot for a 392 with after market mods. RJ in new car sales hooked me up with a brand new R/T even with my very rough credit. Eddie was polite and funny. Enjoyed the whole experience. Weekend is fine for another car for me or my family, I'm going back to Bensson. Great job guys.

Buying a new vehicle was made a little less difficult and Robbie Miller was one of the reasons. It's always time consuming but Robbie helped the process along as best he could. Benson Chrysler does a wonderful job. This is our second purchase here.

It s clear to me why this place has so many reviews and such a high rating. My husband bought his RAM here and absolutely loved his experience. I drive a Honda Odyssey but called about an oil change to see if they could do that. They do! Everyone in service was so friendly as well as other employees I bumped into while wandering around. We re Benson customers for life!

Got a great deal on a car I've wanted for a long time and the salesman there (Will Moore) was absolutely phenomenal. Great knowledge and great expertise which is exactly what I needed to make a wise decision on the purchase, also had a great sense of humor.

Not at all satisfied with the service I received (or technically didn't receive) from this company. I would never consider them for a future vehicle purchase nor would I refer anyone to them!

But here! Don t waste your time at other dealerships! If you are anywhere in the upstate drive to Greer and Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep to buy your car. Steve and the rest of the sales team and management were awesome!! They had to be very patient with me, they did everything that was needed to put me in my new car. I had gone to Spartanburg Dodge first and wasted my time. Benson Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the best around, no high pressure sales! Do yourself a favor and buy from Benson!!!

Shane was our salesman and he did a fantastic job on every level. We were shopping for our daughter s first car and they had the perfect fit, the right price and no hassle at any point. I will recommend others to come see Shane, his follow up after the sale has been refreshing.

We bought a 2016 Dodge Journey and after having it two weeks a very loud engine noise and rattle started we have taken it back 6 times and nothing has been done about it. We have a case with chrystler they say when they drove it they couldn't hear it and the next time the dealer ship drove it they hear the noise but want fix it when the faded dash comes in. I will never buy a dodge again

I just recently had my car in for service at the service department, and I have to say I am very pleased! Not only am I pleased with the service done on my car, but I am also impressed with the service advisor Kelby! He was extremely professional and made sure my experience was an enjoyable one! I would highly recommend Kelby and the service department at Benson!

Randall has been an amazing help. He has been working extremely hard helping us fine the perfect and safe car for our needs. He even played with the children that were with me making them feel just as important in this car selection. He has an amazing personality and is so sweet. We were looking for a new truck for my husband who had very specific requirements that had to be met. We also wanted to lower our payment which was going to require something just short of a miracle. We discussed what we wanted with a young man named Kelby McCoy. He told us he could make it happen & I said well I hope you can all the while thinking probably not. Not only did he find a beautiful truck with everything my husband wanted, but he was able to lower our payments as well. We then went to financing and again we were greeted by Eddie Weeks with a friendly face and no double talk. I can honestly say this was the easiest truck buying experience ever!!! Absolutely best experience by far! I swore to my husband I would NEVER go back due to the worst customer service last time rude and not the slightest care blew us off like we were nothing! My husband convinced me to go back one last time to look at a Dodge Journey and Eric Campbell who was already greeting us as we drove into the parking lot he took no time to to greet us ask us what we had been looking at as soon as we walked inside he offered us food from their Buffet It took him three minutes flat to find the vehicle we were looking at he had it pulled up to the front it was running and had all the doors including the back open! He had confidence! Eric let us know every detail about the car. He was fast treated us like human beings with the best attitude he worked hard to make sure we got into a car! It took us no time to know this was it for us! I feel like I could keep going! We are so happy and will be telling everyone he is the man to see! Went in to trade my old vehicle out for a fairly new car, ended up receiving a brand new Jeep Cherokee. If anyone needs a GREAT car salesman go see Shane Connette. He s sold me 2 cars within the past year with no problems, and he will try his very best to get you what your looking for.

GREAT UYING EXPERIENCE
We bought our 2021 JLU Rubicon Diesel from Benson and was a very smooth, no hard sales experience. Our salesman was William Moore and he was extremely knowledgeable about Jeep Wrangler. We ordered the wrangler and William kept us informed on the status of the order. When we picked up the Jeep he spent almost 2 hours going through the Jeep, test drove before signing papers, introduced us to service and parts.

We differently recommend Benson and do request William Moore

Will at Benson was hands down, the easiest no pressure sales person we ve dealt with during our car buying experience when purchasing a van. I will recommend him and this dealership to anyone who is looking.

John Ross was very helpful in the purchase of my 2015 Lexus. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail about the car buying process. I was very pleased with my experience.

I went in yesterday due to a nail in my tire. I was told by the Chrysler dealer I bought them from in MN that they would be under warranty, but once I got to Benson s dealerships I found out they weren t actually under warranty. Needless to say I wasn t a very happy camper. Thankfully I got the help from Landon, he went above and beyond to help me and solve the problem. I really couldn t have asked for better service.

During my wait, I had the pleasure to meet Mike aka polar bear. He really made my wait time fly by and gave me some good laughs. If I was in the market for a new car I would definitely go to him. Great guy!

Fantastic service from the get go. I worked with Steve Addington who was not like your typical car salesman, he was relaxed not pushy at all never forced me to look at something I didnt want, never told me the price I wanted to pay was outrageous but that it was attainable with a little work. He did all the leg work once I picked out the car I wanted. He worked the numbers with his team and made my experience here relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you Benson but specifically thank you Steve!

Will Moore was the best saleman I have ever dealt with. He was very informed on every Jeep model we looked at. You could tell he loved his job. He took his time & left no stones unvovered. He was very upfront & honest which gave us the understanding on where we have to be financially so now we know & when it is appropriate within the next year...we will be back.
