Went to the dealership only to inquire on prices, had RJ Gist help me out. He was very attentive and detailed, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I came back the very next day for my brand new car! My experience at Benson could not have been any better or went more smoothly .3 1/2 years ago Paul Kelley sold me my beloved Daytona charger which is the best car I've ever had. Benson checked it out, New tires, detailed, the works .I didn't have to worry buying a preowned car. About a month ago I totalled my wonderful charger and he said don't worry we'll take care of it . I kept checking the website and the other night there was a red camaro that was recently posted. I know how fast they go so I messaged Paul at 3 am that I wanted it. By the afternoon of the same day it was done. Paul is professional and friendly and doesn't make promises he can't keep just to make a sale. I know Paul besides Benson and he is a good guy personally as well as professionally. If there comes a time that I need another car I know exactly where I'm going .and his wife is great too. I saw the car I was interested in online and messaged the dealership about it. Connor messaged me back quickly and we scheduled a time for me to look at the car. I was coming from Blythewood SC so I wanted to make sure everything was ready for me when I got there. Connor had the car pulled up front ready for me to test drive. They're prices were fair so there was no need to negotiate and I liked how they didn't try and force their financing on me. I love my Jeep Cherokee. Received very professional service from Mr Ross during my sell,, but after my sale a few days later he waa not interested in my concerns I had about my car. So that ruined my opinion of him. also on the follow up visit to have s few scratches buffed out. The gentleman that repaired the scratches did a fantastic job.
Im a happy custome except they was going to repair a crack in my front fender which never happened. Mr ross supposedly forgot he promised to have it repaired. Just get everything in writing.
