I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle Graf from Bennett & Porter after being referred to him for my home insurance policy. I was getting ready to close on a home and Kyle was asked to get a policy in place in a crunch. He responded with a policy within an hour and had all the necessary documents needed so I could close on my home. As it turns out, I ended up closing on the home while he was on vacation. I first called Bennett and Porter Insurance about a year ago. The immediately helped me double my effective coverage while shaving about $30 a month off of my auto insurance and lowering my homeowner's insurance by about $100. About a month ago, I called them back and they took another look at what offers were out there for insurance. Yet again they managed to shave about $200 off my insurance costs without sacrificing any coverage.
As far as customer service goes, I have yet to have a bad experience when dealing with anyone at this agency and actually find them all to be very pleasant. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good deal on insurance who is tired of being treated like just another paycheck.

I also switched from Geico Commercial to Bennett and Porter insurance for my commercial auto insurance plan and my agent is Eric Dahl. I just recently filed a claim and I can't tell you how helpful Eric was in helping me through that claim and I also found out in that process that Eric was smart enough to add the correct coverage on my auto insurance when I first signed up to make sure that I was fully protected and ended up saving me thousands of dollars because of it in this one claim alone. Also not to mention that I now pay about $4000 less a year because of switching over to Bennett importer insurance plus getting a way better coverage insurance policy.

I worked with Marsha to get Homeowner's Ins. calling her 2 weeks before my current policy expired. Two days before expiration I still hadn't heard from her. I was forced to call & leave a message reminding her I still didn't have coverage. Called again today & after being on hold 10 minutes I was told, "She just stepped away from her desk, I'll leave her a message", then "She just went out to lunch, I'll leave her a message".

I've been with this company for many years now, and so far the coverage has always exceeded my expectations. The account manager has changed a couple times but both agents were awesome and helpful. I have multiple policies and have added with just a couple emailed interactions to get everything right, then a e- signature. Even after I've had to transfer out a few policies, I haven't felt any pressure or guilt from the agents.
