They took my retainer, told me that the work wouldn't cost much more than a thousand or two over that amount. Didn't hear much from them for two months and then got a bill for almost 3x the amount we discussed. Then never contacted me to tell me the bill would be more than we discussed. They just blindsided me with it. If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would. I dealt with one of the principals, who clearly has some ethical challenges.
