The study material I received was woefully inadequate. I suggest delegates should buy study books from RMS or other providers. The booking process was hassle free ...I am going to use lecturer assistance this time and see if this is a good service. I can report on this later.

Used these guys for the NEBOSH National General Certificate via distance learning. All material was very comprehensive and clear, communication was decent, and certainly everything you'd need to pass the course.

Signed up for e-learning occupational health and safety certificate in December, did my exams in march, results came out in May and passed with flying colours. Looking forward to doing nebosh diploma..hope there is a discount for returning students

E- learning materials are terrible, the grammar is poor making it very difficult to read, there has clearly been no proof reading done and some of the material just stops midway through. The technical side is also awful when they updated it a lot of the navigation is just broken, non of the links now work to external materials whee they all used to, nor can you copy and paste anything so it takes an age for some of it to be looked up. I am constantly kicked out from certain sections it tells me I don't have acceea rights to say unit b part 4 but I do to the rest of the parts of that unit. What's worse is when you tell them this in an email (which you have been asked to do on the phone) spend ages putting together images of all the problems, they just ignore it. Once my diploma is finished that's it for me with RRC. Completely avoid!

I have had experience with other learning providers and sadly they were horrendous. RRC have made me feel welcome and well informed. The access to the online portal is easy to use. And full of direction to successfully learn. Very happy, and will continuing using the facilities on offer throughout my continuous learning.

Do not use these. Theyre using whichever trainer they can get hold of. Theyre fire safety trainer for nebosh was really bad. He would stare at a point on floor and talk for 7 hours, not allowing any questions, talking too fast aimlessly. After 5 days of training i was not prepared even 20% for exam. 90% PASS RATE IS A BIG LIE!!!

Extremely disappointed with this company. Im currently doing my NEBOSH National General Certificate and have had zero support from RRC. They were very keen and helpful to get me signed up and as soon as i paid, end of care. I was rushed into my exams and now i am completely unprepared going to sit them on 4th December. They sign you up for 18 months, try to get rid of you in 3 months and charge you if you require more time. Shocking I will certainly rethink my options as and when i need to move forward with othere qualifications.
