As for the transaction Kyle saved us money on both our auto and home policies as well as increased our coverage on both by a significant amount. When the old auto insurance company said I owed them a fee he took the reins and dare I say educated them not only in insurance workings, but customer service as well, getting the incorrect fee dropped.
