The company I work for (Red Mountain Management) manages HOA's. I met Matt Nicholas at a HOA meeting and he ask if he could give me a bid for the communitys Insurance. He saved that community over $4,500 a year on premiums and now he insures 18 of our properties.
Whenever we have questions or claims they are always there to help. Because of that chance meeting several years ago B&P has saved the communities we manage over 100 thousand of dollars in preimuims.
