Thank you Bennett and Porter! I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have always been satified with any service or questions I have. The entire staff is kind and eager to help. I have had a few agents thoughout the years, most recently Joe. He is knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. He is professional and informitive for any of my questions and inquires. He is considerate and always willing to explain patiently. Everyone is very helpful. JM
