I worked with Marsha to get Homeowner's Ins. calling her 2 weeks before my current policy expired. Two days before expiration I still hadn't heard from her. I was forced to call & leave a message reminding her I still didn't have coverage. Called again today & after being on hold 10 minutes I was told, "She just stepped away from her desk, I'll leave her a message", then "She just went out to lunch, I'll leave her a message".
I'm thankful I found out how inept this company is before I got insured by them. Can only imagine how difficult it would have been to file a claim or get assistance.
I called Geico & in 15 minutes I had a Homeowner's Ins. Policy effective the same day.
