I've been with this company for many years now, and so far the coverage has always exceeded my expectations. The account manager has changed a couple times but both agents were awesome and helpful. I have multiple policies and have added with just a couple emailed interactions to get everything right, then a e- signature. Even after I've had to transfer out a few policies, I haven't felt any pressure or guilt from the agents. They're very professional and I'll always ask them for a quote to see about adding or bringing policies back. Ask for Lisa Scheuster!
