I unfortunately got a flat tire this morning, so I had the tow truck take me to the nearest Belle Tire, which was this one. I got there a little before they opened at 8, but when I got in I was greeted by Howard. I told him my situation and was told they will take a look and see if it can be patched. The damage was a bit much, so I had to get a new tire and Howard listed off quite a few tires. From $87 to the exact pair I had, which was significantly more. I asked his opinion since cars aren't my speciality, and he recommended going with the cheaper tire solely because my car wasn't 4 wheel drive. I went with his recommendation and waited around 20 minutes for it to be installed. While I was waiting, I noticed Howard taking car of the kitchen area, like replacing the coffee filter. I thought that was awesome, you can tell he really cares about his job and the environment of the building. Once my tire was put on I was rung up and ended up walking out spending significantly less than I had imaged. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Howard, he made the experience as seamless and painless as possible, and I felt comfortable taking his advice. Unfortunately I don't live in the area, so I can't go here all the time for my car needs. If I did, I would 100% go here. I hope that whomever else stops by, will feel the same way I did my entire time while I was there!
