Belle Tire Review

It is a great place for you to get a flat tire fixed if you want to spend three hours to get it changed for your spare tire rude people unbelievable they're not my guy.

I had to take away a star belle tire has great service but its upsetting they took away the air pump with the tire pressure to check your tires i go frequently to check the air pressure in my tires also the air was free which was great for someone in need. Very dissatisfied with them removing it.

I arrived at the Dearbon Heights location at 4:45p. The location closes at 6p. After placing the order for 4 tires, I presented a coupon that was emailed to me. The manager said he would not honor the coupon and if I did not accept his decision he would not work on my tire job. I called the corporate office and they instructed the manager to honor the coupon. After that, the manager refused to service me. I have never been treated that way at any other location. I would not recommend going to the Dearbon Heights location.

This is a great one stop place to go for all your vehicles repairs. If additional work needs to be done that you're not aware of, Belle tire will inform you and offer those services. Very professional and friendly! I highly recommend Belle tire!

Manager Howard Stein from Dearborn Heights Belle Tire is the best mechanic hands down for this company. He does such a great job with Customer Service and figuring out what was wrong with my car and made sure I left happy and relieved.

The worst in alignment, the car was better before now it's pulling to the right... Long waiting time just to double check the alignment which they did nothing about it.
Never coming back again.

The reason I gave this place a failing grade is for two experiences. One is because I went there a while back to get new tires. And they didn't even have my size. I have a 96 F150, not a 1914 Model T. Second, I went there to get a quick alignment done after replacing some tie rods. After I dropped the truck off, the sales guy called me and told me they couldn't do the alignment because my "radius arm bushings were bad". Come to find out they had at least 70% life on them. I don't know if this place was trying to scam me or be lazy and make up an excuse to do an alignment (afterall it was about an hour before close). Waste of time and money going to this place. Get your tires from Discount and your alignment done at Tuffy.

They took care of everything ! Howard made sure i had nothing to worry about . I'd recommend this location hands down !!!!

I ve been going to this location for years and they always provide the best service. They re friendly, professional and are always willing to assist me in getting back on the road as quickly as possible.

Use to be 4 stars now 2 please put the air pump back. Very disappointed you took it out.

They were backed up but were kind enough to get my leaking tire repaired in no time . I was able to get on the road to pick-up my waiting wife. Thank you guys!!!!!

Took a tire to them 3 different times to fix the same leak with wait time between 1 and 2 hours. They didn't fix it properly, 4th time took to different place fixed the 1st time

2x the charm. Had the snows put on my girlfriends car which has staggered front and rear tires and wheels. Rear has wider and front has narrower wheels + tires. Had to pick it up after hours and when we drove the car it immediately made a grinding noise when turning even in the parking lot. Checked when we got home and they put the wide wheels with the narrow tires and the wide tires with the narrow wheels. The narrow tires go up front and with the wide wheels are hitting on the suspension when turning. It makes the noise in the parking lot so they must have heard it when parking it after completing the work and decided nothing was wrong. Had to take it back and explain the issue like it was the first car they ever saw with that setup. Fixed now but disappointing they didn't do it right the first time.

Make sure you tell them NOT to put tires on your car until they have verified an alignment can be done. They will slap those tires on so fast it will make your head spin and then hand you a $2300 invoice of repairs needed to align them. So you'll buy $700 set of tires that will not last 5,000 miles and they know it. They dont care because the tires are on and you have to buy them at that point. It's all about the quick sale and no care for the customer or quality of service. They also will not clean the tires once they are on. I paid $651 for tires that looked like I left the used tire shop on the corner. I would not recommend belle tire ever to anyone. Most shady work I've ever had done.

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. To tell someone that because your not buying 2 tires so you can t mount them is beyond dreadful. I have never heard of this before. Only 1 of my tires was different and it was the one I was going to buy. That young man was more concerned about who was texting him then offering other suggestions. The sad thing is I ve heard sooo many good things about this place and it was nothing like I expected. Discount tire will forever rain surpreme over you and I have told people not to deal business with you. I hope the next person that comes in contact with this establishment, politely closes the door and run.. Sorry not Sorry. The worst experience I ve ever had.

I have had nothing but a wonderful outcome every time I visit this Belle Tire. A stressful start to my day when getting a flat tire after running over a nail ended with a successful patch job and prompt and friendly service!

Overcharge and bs you if you don't know much about your car

I thought I had a bent wheel so I took it off my vehicle, brought it up to Belle Tire and had them check it out. They confirmed it was somewhat bent and balanced it for me for free. The customer service was top notch and I got my wheel back in less than half the time he said it would take. The wheel is back on my car and the problem is somewhat fixed until I get a new wheel. Would go back.

First snow fall and the Team working there was incredible for the volume of traffic. Darn near magic. Would recommend to anyone.

Bought a set of 4 tires for my dodge ram here. Very helpful. Helped new pick out a good set. Included free alignment. Will go back again. People who say they are slow have obviously never been to a tire store before. To properly mount and balance takes a little time, but they are quick.

I drove in to the Dearborn Heights location at 5:30 pm on a Friday after discovering at work that I had three bulges in my tire and the low-pressure warning was sounding. The associates stayed after hours in order to replace my tire so that I could safely make my long commute home.
