I dropped off my truck to get a plug in my tire and they said they couldn't do it because of the tire is to thin we suggest all new tires. Always trying to rip people off!!!
Horrible customer service..

I have been going to this location since it opened , I bough a couple sets of tires ,did my powe steering system ,and changed my window motor and regulator and they charged me $150.00 twice on that one after they took my car hostage .In fact I have a file an inch thick of repairs at this location . their location is very convenient to where I live . I took my car a gain for some sound from the bottom but because of hard times I did not have the problem done , then I took my second car to check a problem and they refused to check it for me saying that I have to pay $25.00 inspection fee because I am abusing their service .I called their headquarters and spoke with somebody and he said basically take it or leave it .

Belle Tire never charges an inspection fee , I feel disgusted .

they are as expensive as the dealer and come to find out that their mechanics are paid by the job not salaries or hourly . so they do the job very fast so they can make more money .

I regret spending more than $4000.00 over 7 years in this location only to be accused by being a scammer by the end.

you better off going to the dealer , the dealer actually is cheaper , find out for your self , the dealer now charges $70.00 for inspection , Belle tire charges $85.00 for inspection . also the store manager has an arrogant attitude , take it or leave it attitude , I will never use Belle tire again.

Every time I go to this location, no matter what it's for, they are polite and get the job done asap.. Not a single issue!

I got my tire patched two days ago and i woke up this morning with a flat tire.

I brought my car here and bought 4 tires. After waiting several hours, I got back in my car and noticed the numbers on my lateral g meter and looked at my mileage. Apparently my performance car was taken for a high speed, long distance, joy ride. The salesman repeatedly mentioned that my car was a "beast." I'll never return!

I had a screw in my tire that I bought from belle tire , the tire was 2 years old and they replaced it because it was under warranty. They guy were quick, polite and very professional thanks

Nice professional. A lot of wait time though. $90 for alignment which is ok but $60 would have been better!!

Last couple of times I ve come here it just seems like these guys have an attitude I needed assistance with feeling my tires with air if you are irritated don t show it.

I can't believe the "tire experts" don't know how to mount tires on a z06. And then someone who works their made a bet that 1 tire couldn't be done in less than 20 minutes or he would pay $1000 dollars. Well the video is on you tube and I'd like to know where to pick up my 1000 bucks. Dismount, mount and balance in 6 minutes.

This is the second location I've gone to that messed my car up some how. I would not suggest this company to anyone. Their over priced and break your car so you'll come back. I've been to this location and Dearborn on Michigan ave. I would rather spend my money at the dealership...at least I know they won't sabotage my vehicle.

Friendly fair pricing fast service! Dealer recommended purchasing new tire on my new Equinox because of nail in tire...took tire into Belle Tire for a second opinion. $20.00 and 1/2 hour later tire was repaired and back on the road!

I came here for alignment, tires rotation, and tire repair. They got the tire rotation right but then they repaired the wrong tire (air leakage by rims) because they attempted the repair after the tire rotation. I told them three times about the issue once in-person and two times over the phone. Each time the person kept ensuring me that they repaired the correct tire.

They also couldn't do the alignment due to a mechanical issue. They gave me a $900 estimate for unrelated issue. I had a grinding sound coming from the electrical power steering, but they said it was struts mount bearing. Also, they charged me for the alignment check while BelleTire offers free alignment check network wide.

I took my car to another shop and fixed my electrical steering. Then took my car to the BelleTire at Garden City and they fixed the tire leakage and the alignment hassle-free.

Great service! They gave me accurate pricing over the phone- there were no surprise charges or fees when I got there. Considering how busy they were, they got my vehicle completed in a decent amount of time. I had 2 new tires installed and an alignment. My vehicle drives so much smoother now. Thank you!

Had a nail in my sidewall of my tire and needed a new tire. Unfortunately i didnt have the money to replace but a nice customer offered to pay for my tire and the guy at the desk gave a huge discount and ate a bunch of the costs. Thanks again for excellent customer service i will definetly return here and refer anyone here!

I had a bad valve stem and they took care of me promptly. The waiting lounge was comfortable enough for me to get some work done, too.

Staff is professional , knowledgeable, and friendly ,weather on the phone or in person. Job is done in a timely manner.

I really enjoy going to Belle Tire in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. They've serviced my car before and really do an efficient, fast and complete job. I have had no complaints since I relocated here and will always take my car to them. Thank you.

My family has been coming here for several years... They have historically have had great pricing and been very accommodating. I went this morning and they were very dismissive and quoted me a price that was 30% higher then the dealership. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR BETTER PRICING.

Spent the morning getting my brakes done. Staff is very courteous and professional. The waiting area is very pleasant with Wi-Fi, coffee, vending machine, updated and clean bathroom, newspapers, magazines and TV. Even a counter with outlets to charge your devices.

love the free air, hate I've had to fill my tires every month even though they are brand new tires

Terrible service. I showed up for a 3pm appointment for an alignment and was told my car was next in line. While waiting an hour and 45 minutes, I watched them pull in 4 other cars. Finally, after inquiring, I was rudely told that they were "VERY busy" and that I needed to wait longer. One hour after that, they call me up to tell me that I owe them more than they quoted me! And was finally told that it wouldn't actually fix the pulling of the car, which was the reason they suggested an alignment to begin with. This is one of many frustrating experiences here and I will never visit this location again.

Had an appointment this morning for new tires. When I made the appointment online it said one hour. When I got there I was told there was no way they could get it done in that time. Have to be on the road by 11:15 so a two hour wait on an appointment isn't going to work. Now I have to find somewhere else and make a long trip on bad tires. Very poor service.

I have done business at this location since 2014. My mechanic is Guy Vaughn. Work has included complete brake jobs(2014 & now 2020, replaced flex pipe & others). Guy is honest & does quality work. I highly recommend this location for your auto needs, you pay the price quoted , & they stand behind their work!!

This location always takes care of my cars. The quality of work & professionalism is outstanding. The team is helpful, but Howard gives you the over the top personal touch. Talking to him feels like you're talking to family.

The Manager Howard was amazing. He got me what I needed for my BMW and had me in and out the door as fast as possible. This will absolutely be my go-to location from now on!

Bas service air machine was not working and my tire was sitting on the rim...all i wanted was them to put some air in the tire so i can see if it was drivable...they turned me down...shame on you...now i need some tires but not going to belle tire...

Wen yu go to Belle Tire expect to pay ridiculous over pricing. I think they prey on the people that don't know.
On the paper they quoted 1200$ which 800$ to go on parts Which I ended up going to parts store and paid 160$ including Tax.... If these people ain't a rip-off they need to be in the hall of shame. Oh Im taking it to Will City on Plymouth and let them do the work for 300$... Labor.

Came in with a completley flat tire with a bery visible hole on the side they offered to fix it for free if it was possible, unfortunately it was not. Fortunately they had the tire I needed. In and out right away. This could have ruined my whole but the guys got on this the second I walked in!!! Thanks guys!!! Davon Adam's helped me!!!

Absolutely great service, called on my way home from work got a quote. I was able to make it to them by 530 and was leaving at 6 o clock with brand new tires & rotation all included. Excellent customer service I will never go anywhere else for tires or tire care.

Yesterday my daughter went to this location at 7:00 a.m. because she had 2 nails in her tire. She came early because she had to be done by 9:30 to virtually teach her students. The tire was repaired, not replaced. My complaint is against Ronald Powe because when her car was done he handed her the keys, but when she asked where her car was, he said "out back, cuz when you said you weren't getting an alignment too, I left it there" It was pouring rain, but one kind worker, out of the goodness of his heart, stepped away from his bay to let her use an umbrella as he saw her walking by looking for her car. He represents the kind of customer service that Belle Tire should stand for, not someone who doesn't want to take the time to bring your car up front whether the sun is shining or pouring rain.

Only because of Mickey do I still go here. Not real impressed but he's the only reason due to his service skills.

Everyone is always so pleasant and informative when I go this particular Belle tire.

Reasonable waiting time for the work being done and the prices are something I can work with.

The guys over there were very curious and fast they have u out in no time

They were going to charge me $75 per tire to remove a simple valve cap on my tires and even lied and said that a sensor was in the valve stem.
