Dane in service was amazing throughout the whole experience. He continued to text me and keep me updated. I never had to call to check status or to find out what was going on. The price was exactly as quoted and it was finished way sooner than I anticipated. He is definitely a keeper and I will continue to use Bellamy Strickland just for him! Thank you so much!!!

Took my Chevy Cruze into Bellamy-Strickland for a check engine light on. I knew what the code was, but couldn't fix it myself (need a forced regen - it's a diesel thing). Required dealer action to clear. Spoke with Service Adviser Louis Cannon and he understood what needed to be done. Picked up the car the next day and it's running like a champ! (49 mpg) Another great service visit.

Rodney Moody was very helpful in helping to get us into the vehicle we were looking for. At the time we first visited the lot they did not have what we were looking for but after a few days Rodney contacted us to let us know that he had received a vehicle he thought would fit. It was a perfect vehicle to fit our needs and Rodney helped us through the process from start to finish. We will definitely go through Rodney with any future vehicle purchases.

Have gotten service from them. They are very honest, thought I had alignment problems, where the car was turning very rough but it turned out that the slip differential needed to be replaced. It was under warranty, work was done quickly and haven't had problems since.

If you have purchased a car from Bellamy Strickland you would already know that they have fantastic customer service. I have bought three cars from then & they will have my business for life. Scott & Joe are just hands down fantastic. I have purchased cars from both of the gentlemen & have left completely happy.

And when it comes to service, Chana Padgett is just wonderful. Any time any of my cars needed service or If I have purchased extra services she has always went above & beyond to help me. Great customer service is an understatement!

Whoever is hiring these wonderful people deserve a raise!

Having a minor issue handled easily in the body shop not long after buying 2014 Tahoe, I felt more comfortable having the repair needed from a rear end collision fixed 'as it should be' by Bellamy-Strickland. It was the right decision!

I used their online service schedule tool and scheduled an appointment for my daughters Car. I got two separate emails confirming the appointment. So on Friday afternoon 06/14/19 my daughter and I drive two cars 45 minutes though rush hour traffic down to Mcdonough. When we got there for our 3:30 appointment the service manager asked me my name and looked up my appointment and said we don't do diagnostic work on Friday afternoons. I explained how far we had come and if my appointment was in her computer why did they let my daughter and I dive down here for nothing? She just said you need to come back Monday. I said no I don't.
The only reason I was coming here is because I used to live in Mcdonough and I had used their service department before and have had good experiences. Why have an online tool if your not going to look at it until someone show's up. Well as the saying goes "Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me".

Be careful when you purchase a used vehicles here. Shame on me for thinking hat they would be honest and have quality vehicles. Purchased a 2011 vehicle that was one of our salesman s car. Didn t even last a month and the transmission went completely out. I hope their service department is better than the rest of the dealership.

On Friday May 19th at 4:30pm I picked up my 2013 Camaro from your body shop as I was called and told my repairs were complete. I gave the car a quick look over and the paint job looked great so I assumed that the rest of the work was at that level. I assumed incorrectly. The following is a list of things that were not completed and/or shortcuts that were taken.

On the way home I noticed that my right door panel was loose. At home as I opened my door the panel was coming off at the top edge and also the rear of the panel. I removed the door panel and did an inspection to discover the reason it was falling off. The upper door panel clips needed to be bent out so as to be able to grab the door panel. I did the repair and reinstalled the door panel. With something so simple not being taken care of, I then started to inspect my car further. I found under the hood that the right hood and fender padding was not installed. It was laying loose at the rear of the hood. The windshield washer hose was not routed correctly causing it to be stretched taunt instead of being routed as it was supposed to be. I rerouted the hose and used some 3m double edge tape to install the loose Hood/Fender padding. I also discovered that the lower rear rocker panel was not flush behind the door. I did not have the required 3m body tape so that remains incomplete.

Another serious thing I discovered was that my drivers side turn signals, parking light and brake lights was not working. After inspection of the problem I found that the wiring harness in the left rear tail light assembly was not even connected. This could have caused a life threatening accident for my grandson and myself. It was apparent that no one in the body shop did an inspection after they "completed" the work to make sure that everything was in perfect working order. This is unacceptable!

I returned to your body shop on Monday, May 22nd speak to someone in person about these deficiencies. While I was there I noticed that my right front side marker light was out. Lance Northrop was nice enough to give me a new bulb. As I returned home, I went to install the bulb and discovered that the inner right fender well panel was missing 3 trim screws. By now I am at the end of my rope in dealing with the poor quality of work and obvious short cuts that are being taken from your body repair shop! Again this is unacceptable.

I am a Quality Assurance inspector with over 30 years of military and civilian experience and honestly I am appalled at the level of inadequacies that I have experienced with your repair shop. It is apparent that no one is upholding your employees to good quality work which shows very poor customer service. Is this truly work you stand behind? If so it speaks volumes.

To say that I am dissatisfied is an understatement but I do hope this will be looked at further.

I have purchased two cars from Bellamy Strickland in the last 3 years with Tony as my sales manager. Both times, the process was as easy as possible, with Tony being patient, accommodating and honest. The dealership overall was great with negotiating the price offered for my trade in, the new car price and with working the numbers in finance. I highly recommend Bellamy Strickland and Tony for your next purchase!

Sales people were nice. They didn't charge out at me as soon as I arrived at the dealership, which I personally like. I was allowed to walk the lot and take my time looking at vehicles, which I also really like. I had researched the car I was interested in and found it on the lot. I took it for a test drive - by myself which is a great way to go. I can listen to the car, check out the condition, options, etc. without having to listen to a sales rep. All really good practices.

The first problem with my experience is that I spent over 3 hours at the dealership, and most of that time was eaten up by a clear lack of efficiency and preparation on their part. The sales rep told me on more than one occasion that Saturday was their busiest day, yet they didn't have enough people. Unacceptable. I'm a General Manager and even I know that if you know that particular day is the busiest one of the week then you make sure you have the right number of staff.

The second problem was the staff were inefficient. Too much repeating of information that I clearly gave them, and a clear lack of cohesion between sales and financing.

In the end, after more than 3 hours, it appeared to me they really weren't interested in making a deal. They made their first offer, which wasn't terrible, but it wasn't where I needed to be. I need to add they gave a very decent offer on my really old, high mileage vehicle. I countered with what I thought was a reasonable offer. But they didn't even offer to budge a dollar on the price of the vehicle. Not even a dollar. I really was prepared to purchase the vehicle, and I would have put a bit more money as a down payment, but the attitude turned me off. After 3+ hours at the dealership I was tired. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. They wasted a sales opportunity.

UPDATE: I should already have posted this but I got sidetracked by work and forgot. They called me a couple of days after my post and talked with me about my experience. It was clear to me they took it seriously and wanted to let me know they were willing to work with me. And that they did. They got to within $4 of what I needed for a payment that met my budget. I really couldn't ask for a better effort from them. They clearly took my input seriously and made a genuine good faith effort to make a deal. So I agreed to the deal and came in to the dealership to finalize everything. Joe Tilton was the sale rep and was very prepared when I arrived. He went over everything very thoroughly. He even took the time to make sure I had my phone connected to the Bluetooth system. They have followed up since the sale to make sure all is okay. My wife is very happy with the car!

Let's get one thing straight, there is absolutely nothing quick about there "Quick Lube" just saying. Even if you try to get there first to be ahead of the game, plan on it being a while. I think they might stand around trying to play it in their heads to figure out what there next move is! I think there motto is "Enjoy the wait"

This place sucks they didn't even want to talk to me because they said I didn't look like I was going to buy even though I was there for that reason but I just worked 12 hours at the warehouse so they thought I wasn't dressed appropriately I guess even though I was dressed better than one of the salesman who was dressed like a homeless man outside of Philips Arena after a Hawks game that beg you for money. Only reason they get a star is because they had some nice car's in fact before I left a Salesman showed me a black truck and said this is what people buy when they have money they told me I couldn't afford it which I can't afford a $60,000 truck but I could afford the $35,000 Camaro.

Very personable and professional dealership.
Went to check out Chevy Colorado after 17 years driving a Nissan Frontier. Became increasingly disillusioned with several Nissan dealerships on service and vehicle preparation.
Bellamy-Strickland did it the right way!

2017 GMC Acadia with a well known problem is brought in with 33000 miles on the odometer. Shift to Park problem and a Infotainment screen problem. GMC should recall everyone of these models to fix the chronic problem with the Shift to Park alerts. This is a potentially dangerous condition. In any event, my car has just exceeded the time limit for the 3 year warranty by a few months so we were offered the option of having it repaired for $400 and $900 for the screen problem. I have a better idea, dont buy GMC next time. Buy a reliable brand from a company that stands behind their products.

From my experience I feel this particular dealership uses prejudice and discrimination against the minority.. I watched as representatives spoke with other customers with Grace and courtesy... please note I have endured biased services for over 3 years... however my last visit... when I arrived a representive told me there is a 1 1/2 hour wait prior to getting my reason for coming... and also sending me to the other area(across the street) because of my check engine light.. where I was ignored at first... then scheduled for the following morning... I feel every time I visit to get my oil changed I have been treated differently. They are not welcoming... just tolerant of my business... I will find another Chevrolet dealer for now on.

I was lied to about the problem and repair. there is not two gas pumps on a 2013 Chevy Malibu. The leak was in the hose you changed which cost $60.00. Gas was pumping out of the hose so fast and hard I could not figure out how the pump was not working. I was told the "High Pressure Pump" itself was leaking and was on top of the motor. Now I know that was a regulator, little over $100 part. My bill was discounted to $722. Guess you saw me coming, HUH! I will recommend Bellamy to friends and family, but as a place to stay away from! Sad part is that I have purchased eight vehicles from there. At least one of us are, or were, loyal!!!!

I m disappointed in the process. I don t understand how you offer to book an appointment online and still arrive and be told there is no one available during said time slot due to whatever reason. Mine being that everyone was out on lunch.( I was dealing with the Service Manager by the way). I was eventually assigned to a advisor (Scott) who was not a problem. Why make the time slot available if that is the case. This is the second time this happened at this location so it led me to believe it s a ongoing issue.

Also the issue wasn t addressed and my door is still making a raddling noise although I was told it had been fixed. The sound is actually louder now.

It was a complete pleasure doing business with this dealership. Jon and DJ went above and beyond our expectations and made what could have been a stressful situation ( finding a car for my 82 year old mother in law) into a wonderful car buying experience with 5 star customer service and honest no BS pricing. My mother in law was absolutely tickled, which is worth more than any vehicle on the lot. Great job guys!!
