Robin who is over the tags and registration should...

Robin who is over the tags and registration shouldn t work in customer service she was rude and hung up when I am trying to resolve my daughter s issues on getting her tag which they shouldn t have issued the sale of the car with all the tag problems. I called and spoke to a supervisor hopefully this will get resolved if not I will take our business else where and drop the car back off she can t drive on an expired tag smh and they won t resolve it. Munsfused got it fixed and quickly I still think robin needs to find another job but thanks

This was the hands down very worst experience ever...

This was the hands down very worst experience ever with a car dealership. We would provide a negative review if able.
The number one reason we rate this as our (my husband & I both) worst ever experience could be summed up by saying, They don t listen to anything you tell them. From the beginning, on day one of our search for a used vehicle, we made a few things very clear. We advised that our we were gonna be straight up with them, with hopes of relatively similar treatment.
So, our initial, very first conversation, statements made involved a few very important factors. First and foremost to us was about our credit. We have been working for at least the past five years to build up my husbands credit. Finally, we had gotten near able to purchase a home, & was looking at that being a true possibility for us within the next two years(at the most.) So, for one, we needed to have our monthly auto payments not exceed a given amount, and also needed to have diligent care and consideration of situation when it came to the credit.
None of which was taken into account, clearly. When it was said and done, we picked two vehicles that we were willing to choose from.
However,
1)the first payment option provided was nearly $100 a month over what we initially said had to be our payment limit.
& 2) >most upsetting< had requested that initially only run the credit once, then please discuss results. We were anticipating complications from a previous closed auto loan that was showing open on credit report, but was scheduled to accurately show up as closed with the next 20 days. Assumed that could discuss and determine if it would be best for us to simply wait a couple weeks. But no! Instead, credit account now shows that there was 7 or 8 hits!! This, of course, brought overall credit score down like 20 points!!!!! This is detrimental to everything we have been working so hard on! Total disbelief, discouragement, dissatisfaction, and overall heartache followed this retched experience.
I would not suggest this location to anyone. Also, we suggest that you proceed at your own risk if you do business with this company.
Now we are stuck with a negative impact on credit that will stick for like two years. So, not only does this hurt our plans of purchasing a home, it also hurts our current pursuit of an automobile, which we still haven t been able to resolve as of yet! Just makes me sick to my stomach when I think of how this place did my family. Then to realize that this will continue to impact us for up to two years, just wrong.
Lastly, I will include in my review the fact that our last vehicle was purchased at this location in Sept. 2014 & was basically a satisfactory purchase.
That s my straight-up honest review. Take it or leave it.

I always have a great service here lately the detailing hasn't been to good they missed cleaning the passenger side door and vacuuming beside the door and didn't clean the back passenger door nor vacuum so I cleaned it myself once I got home the hatch was missed I noticed it when I pulled up with the driver to get it and Dave came out and cleaned out and the inside of the hatch I noticed the doors after I got home and needed something from my car like I said I always get good service with repairs and stuff but the detailing hasn't been good the last 2x

This dealership is terrible. I drove all the way from Memphis to purchase a vehicle that was supposedly on hold for me . I get to town only to find out that the vehicle had been sold days before even though I was in constant communication with the salesperson Cory Waye... my three children rode with a friend to Atlanta who's from Atlanta and was visiting Memphis so my three nephews can ride with me only to figure out now how I'm going to get six kids plus my husband and myself in a 6 passenger pick up truck. We were intending on driving two vehicles back. We get there only to receive an apology from the manager and offered gas money.. what a joke.... So unprofessional. If i could give it a lesser rating still wouldnt be good enough

I brought my 2014 Silverado into their shop after it stopped running going down the road. I asked them to check it out and let me know what was wrong. They called me about 2 days later stating that the motor was fully gunked up and would need to be replaced at a cost of around $10,000. Since I did not have the money obviously I had to have the truck towed back to my home. Once it arrived I found that they never even took the time to reassemble the engine and left the valve covers un attached, the oil dipstick was missing, and various bolts just laying everywhere.
After me calling and complaining they sent someone out to at least put the engine back together 3-4 days later. I then took the truck to another garage who diagnosed the problem as a fouled catalytic converter Y pipe assembly that needed replacing. After replacing the assembly everything is working correctly and the truck is running fine. In all fairness the mechanic that they sent out to reassemble the engine said this may be the issue but nobody other than him ever mentioned anything concerning fixing the vehicle other than replacing the whole engine which would obviously have not even fixed the underlying issue of the catalytic converters.

I do not know why anyone I spoke to on the phone would not let me know what was really wrong but I have lost all faith in this dealership in either their ability to accurately diagnose a problem or honestly let a customer know of a cheaper fix that would fix the underlying issue.

Rodney Moody was the best. We were looking for a newer or slightly used car with 3 rows of seating . He came out to the lot in the rain and cold to see if he could help us. They didn't have what we were looking for, but he said he would keep his eye out for us . The next day he called and told us about a used car that had just been traded in . We went and looked at the vehicle and were really impressed. We bought the Trail Blazer and the experience was great .Rodney was not pushy and he talked to us on a personal level. He also saved us a lot of money . We will definitely return here when we decide to buy another vehicle. Overall pleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I spoke to the phone rep for several days contemplatinug coming in trying to do business with them. I explain my situation thoroughly she provided options that could work for me I told her I live a ways away from you guys so I would like to be confident coming in so we don t waste my time. The rep sent me the credit app via email I went ahead and Completed the app. I spoke to her again confirming that based on what we ve been discussing and my credit app, does it makes sense for me to come in. She assured me yes sir I spoke to the finance manager and he thinks he can get it done . I said are you sure I really don t want to come there to be disappointed and waste my time she replied yes sir the finance manager said it can work . I got there spoke to the manager Richard who put me with the sales rep Bryan. We sat down and before we could even get into the details just looking at the numbers he said he couldn t work the way that I wanted it to work my payments would basically be astronomical. Totally different from the conversation over the phone before coming in.This is my second attempt to do business with this dealership the first time I was a cosigner and it was the same situation they tell you one thing on the phone but when u get there it is a totally different situation it s like they tell you whatever you need to hear to come in even if it s a big fat lie. I tried very hard not to take my frustration out on briam because he seems to be really a nice guy but I was upset because go through this mess again. I wasted my time and my gas to come in to hear this foolishness. I would not recommend this dealership because if it s not a straightforward easy sale they don t try hard to earn your business I would not recommend this dealership because if it s not a straightforward easy sale they don t try hard to earn your business and are Very un-apologetic about it and the customer service reps are not truthful.

Hi there and how's everyone? I'd like to give kudos to RODNEY MOODY my salesman and the employees of Bellamy Strickland. I had a wonderful experience buying from them. MR. R. MOODY WAS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE TO WORK WITH AND VERY NICE AND Knowledgeable of all the vehicles and company. I will recommend BELLAMY STRICKLAND AND RODNEY MOODY AS THE BEST SALESMAN.

But I almost didn't purchase a vehicle from this place due to the low ratings for the service department - but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a brand new vehicle a month ago. I would re-evaluate your service department before they end up losing you customers.

I had the best experience today buying my 2015 Chevrolet Cruz LTZ with salesman Cory Waye. He was patience with me when I was being picky and could not decide what I wanted, did not pressure me into buying anything out of my price range... Would definitely recommend Cory Waye if you are looking for a Chevy.

Utterly ridiculous customer service! We came in looking to buy a pickup truck, cash if we could get something around 40k or less. Before I could get out the car the sales lady said "all prices are none negotiable" I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly therefore I said "did u say no negotiations", she said "that's correct" therefore I ask to speak with the manager. He stated his salespeople are trained to say that because they have to compete with hundreds of dealerships & because they are the lowest in the state lol!!! Great sales technique lol if u competing against so many other dealerships. the mangers became as arrogant as possibly he can be! I told him have a nice evening but he couldn't stop trying further make a fool of himself. I own 4 vehicles & I know many people who have as many & more. I dont know anyone that purchased a vehicle without negotiating. I also never been to a dealership with these standards. The only thing that funny is they didn't know we was paying cash if less than 40k. A dealership in the area is about to get 40k or less!!!

From the time I entered the door until I finished my purchase, everyone was so awesome. Cory Waye is the best salesperson I have come across in a long time. He wasn't trying to push anything on me. But listen to what my needs where. We laughed and shared stories. He's the best. Cory made you feel like family. The staff that I encountered was awesome, especially Anthony.

I brought it in for a 3 evap codes. You guys 'fixed' it alright. I drove it to work today & my car stopped, overheated, and would not start. It's currently in your shop & the person implies you had nothing to do with what went wrong, but they'll 'take a look'. My vehicle only pulled 3 codes prior to your service - all related to EVAP. Now, I don't know what will happen. I'll give you an opportunity to make it right, but I expect crooked people to do crooked things, so we'll see.

**Update**
Just as I figured, crooked mechanic came back with a timing chain evaluation. Pretty convenient considering it's a known issue that the dealer can use if owners do their own oil changes. Also keep in mind that the reason it wasn't operating was due to overheating. Overheating and evap issues (which they 'fixed') are related but instead of owning up to their mistake, they'd rather incorrectly blame the user for something totally unrelated in hope of fixing a previously nonexistent issue and getting more money and eroding any integrity they have.

Bottom line - use your privilege of choice. GO ELSEWHERE!!

I'm a regular customer, who frequents this business for the purpose of getting my 2013 GMC Denali serviced. I have been in the market for a new vehicle, and was looking to trade my vehicle in for a newer model. I walked into sales, and advised that I was interested in purchasing their newer model GMC.

FIRST MISTAKE:

Sales Rep Mr. Larry Sims looks around asking others, "Do you want to help him? Do you want to help him?... I guess I will help him". Once he decides to entertain my inquiry, I advise him of the new GMC Denali I am interested in. His response was, "Well you know that's a pretty expensive car, right?". Now at this point, it's clear that he doesn't believe I can afford this vehicle. His demeanor was very unpleasant.

Second Mistake:

After encouraging the representative to cut pass the small talk, (as I was ready to continue on with paperwork), my credit union confirms (while still in his presence) that they are ready to stroke out a $60,000 check! Unfortunately the sales rep was offering me about $3,000 less than what I KNOW my trade in was worth, and kept reassuring that there was nothing else he could do.

After re evaluating the entire bad experience, I decided that my money would be more appreciated else where.

THE NEXT DAY:

The very next day I walked into Hennessy GMC, received excellent customer service, a generous offer for my trade in, and ultimately my new 2015 GMC Denali!

Bad move Bellamy Strickland ... Great save Hennessy GMC!
