Salesman who answered the phone was very rude and impatient. I wish I could remember his name, because I'd love to roast the guy. Sounded like he was on the TV show Jersey Shore.
I didn't know the stock number of a car I was calling about so he just blurted out "hold on" while I was in the middle of a sentence. No one ever picked back up. The second person I talked to after I called back was better, but not knowledgeable. How can you not know basic specs of an Audi when you sell them?
The owner of the business needs to know that his employees are costing him money, as I am picking up an A6 from a different dealer today.
