Came in for an oil change and detail, left with my convertible top broken. Why they opened the top during a wash, I have no idea. Had to literally argue and scream for them to fix it for free since they broke it, only to wait months of waiting for parts and repairs of other issues caused by their incompetence and in intelligence. Disputed the charge on my credit card since they couldn t even follow up with a refund when I asked multiple times. Considering this is an Audi brand dealership and I purchased my car here, I would have expected better service. What an absolute headache. Never will be back.
Beware of this awful service company.
