I bought a CPO from this dealership 2 weeks ago and am overall pleased with my car. It disappoints me that the GM would not do all he can to keep his leading salesman. I've found some blemishes in the finishing of my CPO and I know my salesperson would take care of the issues for me. I do not have confidence in the customer service and would not recommend this dealership without that confidence.

All great managers know that their greatest asset is their employees. To not support the employees that are most adored by the customer insults the customer and says that the management does not care for the quality of service after his/her check is cashed. This dealership will have a lot of work to do if they are to patch their relationship with this customer.
