Three years ago we went to Bell to look at the Audi A4. We wanted a specific color and the salesperson at Bell was not able to get this for us. We ended up purchasing the vehicle at another Audi dealer, but serviced our car at Bell. I was always completely satisfied with their service, so when it was time for my lease to end, I decided to revisit Bell. Steve Stoop introduced himself to us and asked what we were looking for. We told him our story and he was more than eager to get us to purchase at Bell. He was not pushy, he listened to what we wanted and ultimately he presented us with an offer we were delighted to take.
