Our gas furnace went out (not purchased from Bel Red) and Bel Red had a tech out by that afternoon. Our 24 year old furnace was in need of replacing. Every contact w/ staff has been amazing. We got update phone calls 45 min. before arrival every time (3 visits) which was very appreciated. Today they are installing our brand new furnace and the installation by Brandon and crew has shown that Bel Red will go above and beyond (even going as far as saving us some money) over and over again to insure customer satisfaction! Thank You Jason, Jake, Brandon, and Lawrence!
