Been a BelRed customer for 2 years and finally installed new heat pump system. My installation team of Dustin H., Brandon A., and Mike S. were great. They were on time, very professional, and did a great job all in all.

The only issue I had was with the guy that did the survey earlier - he was super pushy with his sales pitch. While he was super knowledgeable about systems and patiently walked us over all our options...by the time it came down to us making a decision, his attitude changed into a "take it or leave it" kinda attitude and he just wanted to close the deal right there and then without giving us the space to think about it. I'm still glad I went with the installation. System is miles better than our old 16-year old setup.
