Our bi-yearly inspection (by Chad) revealed a crack in the heat exchanger of our furnance. He answered all of our questions and told us that 17 years was beyond the normal life of a furnance and that we should do a like for like replacement. With his guidance, we scheduled a furnance install and were lucky enough to get a crew (Dustin and Kyle G.) here in the afternoon to complete the job. ALL of their technicians were polite and answered all of our questions. All of them were well trained and knowledgeable. We have been using Bel-Red for over 20 years. No other HVAC company has been to our home!
